My wife accidentally struck the door with the car while it was going up, and stuck in the up position, upon calling, they were able to fit us in right away, so that we wouldn’t have to leave the garage door open for an extended period. Very kind, and punctual, and price was exactly as quoted. Very honest.

Went great. Someone came out to give me an estimate the same day I called. They offered several price ranges, did a good job explaining each and gave me time to consider which I preferred. Installers were on time, did a good job with the installation, were pleasant during the install and cleaned up after the install. They answered all my questions. Great service.

It was very good service.  They were wonderful and explained the problems and were able to give me an estimate.

That was fine. We decided to use them because they could come right away. They did what they were supposed to do and didn’t charge me anything more than what they needed to.

My garage door opener died so I went to the large department store at the local mall and purchased their brand garage door opener along with installation.  Installation was scheduled for the following Monday.  Needless to say, big mistake not just going to a local company like Overhead Door Co.  The national dept store uses sub contractors and could not find anyone in my area to come install the opener apparently because the dept store doesn't pay very much.  After a week of calling the department stores customer service and having to go thorough 5 or 6 people to find out when someone would be out to fix my door, I was told they didn't have anyone to do it and I ended up returning the opener back to the store at the mall.  I then called another company listed at Angies List and spoke with someone who said the person that handles that would call me back shortly.  No call back from anyone.  Now I'm really frustrated after buying and returning an opener to the mall and having no one call me back from the first local company I contact.  Fortunately, I called Overhead Door Co next and they explained the difference between their garage door opener (track is 1 piece) versus other openers (2-3 pieces bolted together).  Overhead Door had someone at my house within 1 hour.  They were very professional and I have not had any issues with the opener that was installed.  I would not hesitate to recommend Overhead Door Co to family and friends.

It was Thu. after 6pm when he arrived. He was vary knowledgeable in his job. The last Co. to put springs on put the wrong size on(to small).

We originally requested that our garage door opener be repaired. After an unsuccessful attempt to repair, they had to replace the entire garage door opener. Everything was good except their office staff was somewhat difficult to deal with and there were long shipping delays because they only get deliveries on Fridays. That said, the technician that installed the equipment was great and the equipment is currently working fine. They did provide an extra remote for all the delays we experienced and we are grateful.

We had double garage doors installed under our house on stilts, there
were no doors there before. The guys did an amazing job! They were super
professional, polite, did the job in record time and everything was
left clean. All we had to do was admire our beautiful doors. All
dealings with this company were A+ from the estimate to questions we had
that were dealt with over the phone. We would recommend them anytime

It went real well.  They were very prompt in coming.  They had to put a new circuit board int eh garage door opener. The first one they had was defective and they were out the next day to with another.  They were real good about repairing it, I was real pleased.  It's a good guy, he's really nice.  The price was about right.  

The two technicians arrived about half an hour late for the appointment. They provided and programed two new garage door openers and serviced the door. It worked fine that day, but started jamming the day after. One of them returned and changed the power setting, which had been set too low to reliably operate the door. There was no charge for the follow-up visit. 

Excellent work.  There was a rescheduling, but overall on time.

The experience was excellent. The guy who came out was extremely helpful and he inspected the rest of the door. He was knowledgeable. He did his thing and was in and out in 20 minutes. He came when he said he would and that's kind of nice with a contractor.

Showed up to provide estimate on time. Able to negotiate an earlier date for installation than they first projected. Good work by installers, old door removed and hauled away.
