this will was installed in 1969. Although I have done many repairs on it myself, but the actual well casing had gone bad. I visited their shop at about 9 AM in the morning and gave them my phone number to give to the well technician. Within five minutes I received a confirmation call from the scheduler and 10 minutes after that from the well technician. My house had been without water for about five days. I was convinced I would need a new well costing a little over $4,000. Within one hour after my visit the technician showed up at my house diagnosed the problem offered a solution and fixed the well all for $400. By 11 AM I had a new well casing all new parts leading up to the pump and a perfectly functioning well with crystal-clear water. I could not have been happier; the service was absolutely professional and some of the best I have ever experienced. They were quick, friendly and interested in getting me going without the usual fear on my part of being overcharged.
