Very personable and listen well. They are prompt. Great customer service.

I did not like them. They kept changing technicians. They had one technician who would show my in my driveway half an hour before and sit there even after I complained about it. He would come in and he would spend like 5 minutes and leave. He did the whole termite inspection in 5 minutes. I think in a period of about a year, I had 5 different people come.
