I work down the street from this company and thought that I could trust them but it was a silly notion. They didn't fix either of my laptops and now I'm in a war that will end up as a civil court case in getting a refund for my Dell Inspiron. I will never do business with them again.

Bryan always does a great job. He is a professional. He actually pointed out to our internet provider that several problems that my small business encountered was their responsiblity in an attempt to bolster our case for reimbursement of their fees. He was actually on the phone discussing another case with a large internet provider and he actually discussed our case at the same time. This was unprecedented. I highly recommend Bryan and the others that work with Daytona Networks.

Excellent process. I am not very well versed with the workings of computers, and Dan was very patient and informative. He helped me understand the process and what I needed to do afterwards. I had first come in a month earlier with another computer for the data transfer. He noticed that the "new" machine was dented. He could have easily transferred the data but instead advised me to return the computer because down the road there was a possibility that it could cause serious damage. I was very grateful that I was not taken advantage of.

Jerry was prompt, professional and was able to fix the issue in record time. Would love to have him answer all of our service calls.

I have used the same tech support guy for the past 12 years, so when the hard drive on my laptop crashed I reached out to him. Unfortunately he had moved out of the area so I needed to find someone new. Having a bit of a technical background myself, I'm pretty fussy about tech support. I want what everyone wants - knowledgeable, reliable service for a reasonable price but I'm a little better than a lot of folks at evaluating the knowledgeable side. Based on location, years in business and reviews, I decided to give JNR Computers (aka net works, inc.) a try and I’m happy to say it was a very good choice. I initially spoke with Jason about my problem but Dan Hicks did the work after returning from vacation. Both were very knowledgeable and friendly. Not only did they recover the data that hadn’t been backed up from my laptop and set up my new Surface Pro, they also took the time to answer several unrelated tech questions I had. They are very knowledgeable, their customer focus is excellent and their prices are very reasonable. I have already recommended JNR to others and will continue to use do so. If you are in doubt about where to go for tech support, I highly recommend giving JNR a try.

Julian is a genius as far as I'm concerned. He saved me from recreating 8 months of Quick Books. He was excellent at communicating with us during the process and it was finished exactly when he said it would be. We will give Julian and Net Works Inc all of our future business.

Julian Fuentes in their Ormond store had to clean it up and reinstall Windows 7. What I really appreciated was Julian explaining to me that some of Windows updates took time to install. He asked if it was alright to keep the computer one more day so that I could have a complete install. A lot of companies would not have mentioned this to me or ask if it was ok to keep it. Gave me great confidence in their services and their was no extra charge for the extra time. I highly recommend you use this company.

Our most recent project went great. On time and on budget. We are very happy with the results.

It couldnt have gone better. I was in Daytona visiting family for the holidays and one of them referred me to networks. They were just across the river from the beach in downtown, and they were open on new years eve. I stopped by early and dropped it off, they charged a $50 diagnostic, which they waive if you have them fix your computer. Their store is very nice and the girl who checked in my computer was very pleasant. She told me my computer would take a few days (because of the holiday), which I understood. That afternoon one of their technicians called me back and said my computer was ready and it was $65. Having my computers repaired at other places before I expected this to be the additional charge, but when I stopped by to pick it up, the additional charge was only $15 above my already paid diagnostic. I was so happy I gave the technician a tip. I've been working on the computer for 3 days straight now and its running perfectly.

I have used this company for over 8 years. They have fixed 3 or 4 computers of mine, and also built me a new one. Their pricing is super fair and the turnaround time is amazing, sometimes while I wait. Just this week, one of their techs came to my house (15 minutes early!) and setup my wifi and networked a new printer. I would highly recommend them to my friends and family.

Have had multiple great experiences dealing with Net Works, Inc. Always responsive to questions and inquiries. Net Works always explains the issues and the resolution. I have recommended Net Works to a number of friends and associates.

I've given an A rating even though there were a few hick ups in communication. Hubby bought me a Windows 8 all in one desktop so I need my files transferred from the old windows 7. I'm not techie so I looked to Angie's List for guidance in finding a good company to do the job. I did mention several times I had everything in the computer backed up with Carbonite and using their website would make the transfer easier especially my Thunderbird email and folders as well as my Business office documents. Unfortunately there was miscommunication and all they heard was transfer all the files so, when I got home and turned it on I found my email folders and documents weren't accessible and they didn't use Carbonite so that had to be reinstalled and everything had to be backed up. Thank you Ryan for coming to my house to rectify everything.
This shows me how seriously they take their business even for the smallest customer. So yes, I would absolutely recommend and use them again for all computer needs.

couldnt have went smoother really. Jason was professional throughout as though this was all just a regular part of having a computer. it was apparent that he was familiar with my problem. i wouldn't hesitate to call on him for something as minor as the problem i had or anything much more complex regarding computers in the future.

I called around the whole area and Networks was the only company to fix it same day and charge me a fraction of the cost of everyone else. They have great customer service and the office manager Roxanne called the next day to make sure everything was working to my satisfaction.

Excellent company. I will refer to all of my friends and family. They returned my computer back to me next day and cheaper than their original estimate. Their office manager was very friendly and their tech explained everything to me so I could understand. I have taken this computer to best buy several times and they billed me and couldn't fix it, yet networks fixed it in 1 day. Their store was easy to find downtown and they had a lot of computer products in stock as well.
