Terrible Service.. the office staff is very unpleasant and the cleaning stuff is very substandard they left us everywhere and they did not vacuum properly they also left window sills untouched they did not make the bed even though clean linen was there for them if I could leave pictures I would

not well...called to complain...got $50 off bill and finished cleaning on my own.

2 women showed up, so I would get less for my money right off the bat. About 2.5 hours into it I was informed that it would take at least 2 more hours and more money. They said the new price would be at least $500 or $600. They said it was already up to almost $400. They hadn't yet dusted anything besides the bedroom 2 dresser tops, they hadn’t done the windows, and they did a half-assed job on the master shower, which was one of the main reasons I hired outside help. They hadn't yet started the great room floor, which was the other main thing I needed to be done. I told them to just finish the floors. They charged me $400 So, for my $400, Here’s a breakdown of what I got and what I didn’t get: What I got: I got a clean master bath floor, The great room floor looked very good. The bathroom mirrors looked good. The guest bathroom floor looked clean, and my ceiling fans were cleaned. They dusted my 2 bedroom dresser tops, the items on them and cleaned my vanity mirror. What I didn’t get: The master shower wasn't completed. They didn't do the glass door of the shower. They may have wiped it, but didn't scrub the water and soap residue build-up off. You know; the DEEP part of deep cleaning... It still has a white film covering it. They didn't clean the threshold or the marble ledge where I kept my shampoo. I had removed my shampoo and personal stuff so that they didn't have to work around it, but it wasn't done. If they did do it, they simply took a damp cloth, and wiped right over the water and soap residue and didn't remove it. No dusting off of the shelves. No dusting of the baseboards. I don't think they even did anything in the kitchen, except the floor, which is all part of the great room floor. If they had done everything they told me they were going to do, it would have cost me a fortune. NOT the estimate they gave me. I DID NOT get my money's worth. I feel I was ripped off. I called to cancel the weekly service and they asked why. I explained all of this to them, and they simply said; "Well, I’m sorry you feel that way." She didn’t offer a re-clean or a refund. She didn't even offer to come by and look! Everything I said they didn’t clean, she answers with, “Well, they were supposed to clean that.” They didn’t waste any time cashing my check, though. What a joke of a business!!! BEWARE of this company. They are a RIP-OFF!!!

The two girls who cleaned our home were courteous but not dressed professionally. We are disappointed in the level of cleaning we received today...based on our detailed consultation meeting. The equipment seemed aged and was obviously not up to the task. I would not recommend this company.

I've had no problem. I have been using them for over two years now.

We have been using Molly Maid for a month. Kelly and Shelly do a great job. They are always pleasant and cheerful and are the two hardest working women I have ever seen. Our only regret is we did not start using them sooner.

My cleaning was biweekly. I would open the door when I came home and I just didnt get that clean smell like I did when I clean my house. I told them to please have the girls use my cleaning supplies. They still didnt use them. I had to come home and reclean my toilets. Then the last cleaning that I had the Master Bathroom shower wasn't clean, the toilet still had stains in it, that if they would of used the Works it would of been clean. Tile floors were still dirty. I called and talked to Beth, even sent her pictures. She said she didn't know why the girls didn't use my products but she would have them come back out just leave a list of what I needed re done they will be out between 11:00 and 1:00. Fine I thought that was fair. She was always accommodating to me. Well the girls showed up at 3:00 and stayed 10 min.complained the whole time! I asked them to clean the bathrooms and All the tile floors. When they seen the note i had left they went off on how they just did all this this and how ridiculis this is. Very unprofessional! My daughter was having a meeting here with someone and they heard the whole thing.They ran through the house and spot cleaned the floors. And cleaned the toilets. If they clean like this you know the rest of your house is not clean!
Very disappointed. Sorry Beth but I will not need your services any longer.

One of the two times the cleaning team from Molly Maid was here, a $1500 San Marco bracelet was taken. They were the only people besides my husband and myself who were alone in my house.

I started using Molly Maids3 years ago. My initial experience was very positive. However, when new management took over the office, there were some minor problems regarding scheduling, etc. Those were pretty much worked out. But then the breakages started. Having 3 breakages in less than a year was something I couldn't tolerate.

I think that they have good management. There is always someone that you can talk to. They make sure that the workers are doing a proper job.

I would recommend them. They are coming tomorrow. I pay $126 dollars every 2 weeks; and I have a big house with 3 dogs. There is nothing special about them, but they don't miss anything. They clean my baseboard, they go round the ceiling, and they clean everything that I ask them to do. I have an enclosed porch; they go out and clean everything out there. They are very good with my dogs; I have a blind dog that is very sensitive to movements. I keep them away from the dogs, because it is in the contract but they probably do not have a problem with that. Lot of people react to this dog because he is blind, he reacts for everything else. If I have to leave the house I can trust them and it's not a problem. They wipe down all of the furniture and I have lot of other furniture's and with dogs it reflects things. There are lots of dust balls floating around, since I have no carpeting and everything is tiled, so the fur flies. I have four bedrooms; I'll never know which daughter might be coming home from college or internship, and I'll let them know which room needs little more attention and when. My husband is not real good at picking the bathroom stuff, and they don't have a problem with that. They are real good about last minute instructions, if I am not here and they are clear with it, they will do it. It is a little more than what most people might want to pay, but you get what you pay for. They use bio mineral friendly cleaning products; and you can use whatever products you want. They are really convenient around the holidays, they are convenient about scheduling around and they clean right before everybody's going to show up. They always have a wonderful attitude, I hate cleaning and because of my illness I am unable to do it. The younger girl, who is working with her mom, has a good attitude; I have never seen her complain about her job. On busier days, they might have someone else with them, and they might not work out the best, but she will not complain about anything. I have had these two girls for years and half, and if they call and said they couldn't do it anymore, I will be disappointed. It would be hard for them to be replaced, if they send me other people I would be really watchful. I would use them again in the future.

Came home from work and the house was looking good-- but not what I had anticipated for the initial 'deep clean.' The girls went down a checklist and checked off services as they were done--- but when I looked closely, many of these items were not actually done. Baseboards untouched, door frames dusty, etc. after checking them off. The areas they did get to looked great, but seems strange to check things off a list and charge without performing them.
I had confirmed I had a coupon on the phone, ($25 off first cleaning), and a price was quoted to me and I was assured this could be used for initial cleaning. , When the girl gave me a higher price at my home, I mentioned the confirmed coupon and price quote I had been given, so she called her supervisor from my home said I was told the coupon could not be used until the next cleaning. Much more bothered by the principle than the actual cost-- stick by what you promise.
Girls broke a vase, said they would be in contact with me about it and never did. Overall, not what I had expected, and will not be hiring as a recurring service provider.

It started out well but then changed. we change from 3 weeks to 6 weeks and the scheduling was not easy.. which I understood. However when a time is agreed on and then changed at the last moment and then they are later than the changed time.. it was an issue. When I called to inform them i could not stay for the cleaning because of the changes, I was told basically that I was a second class customer and they fitted me in when they had time and I should accomodate !!!

Very pleased with the companies consistency. Same girls usually or at least one that is always the same. Two girls per visit. Very flexible scheduling
