They have been a nightmare! In 2007 wind insurance was required for mortgage, called them and set it up, fast forward to 2016 they only show proposal no one ever put it through. second problem in 2011, progressive car insurance they provided raised rates saying its florida we have to. called agant was told six different people were my agent due to my initial of last name. I left messages on recording for each, no one ever returned call. finally fed up I called geico and switched myself with lower rate. I call after hurricane damage they don't even have any current information on me, have my house I sold in 2006, phone from 2006. asked about it was told everyone from then are gone now. Nightmare! need new agency they are not an A.

The man I spoke with was very responsive and got me a preliminary quote in six minutes. They had the same coverage for the condo unit and they were $100 bucks a year higher. It was a small unit and almost everything has been covered by the condo and I was looking for liability coverage.

The agent, Marcus, was extremely helpful telling us how we could lower are premiums with certain inspections. We had those done and were able to save over $400 a year. He had the paperwork emailed to me and explained everything, including the benefits of a lower deductible and ways to get credits for smoke alarms, security systems, etc. We were able to do everything via scanner/email. I was very pleased with his help and service and especially his patience and professionalism.
