If they see anything, they guarantee the house for life that there will never be any and if there is they will take care of it right away. They come once a year they take care of it. We don't have any. They need to bring their own high ladder. They usually forget theirs. Takes maybe an hour.

The offer me a warranty of 100% satisfaction or your money back and they did NOT honor it! They asked payment in advance because of the warranty. They did NOT trim the shrubs, they broke instead of fixing my sprinklers, the pest control was NOT good! They came several times and promise to fix it but they NEVER deliver! I strongly suggest NOT to use Massey!

I have been using them for a few years. They do a number of things for me like fertilization of the yard and insect control inside and outside. They're very good. The staff is great. I recommended them to people.

They came and sprayed the lawn and handled pest control on the inside. These are routine services that we have. I have noticed though that we do have an increased amount of weeds and this may be because they haven't cleaned from house to house and we are getting other people's weeds brought in. Overall good. They are professional and courteous.
