Terrible! Massey blamed the problems on lack of water causing "drought stress" to the lawn as the only problem. At the time we fired the lawn service, we still had a Massey Pest contract. The pest control person stated that she had noticed how bad the lawn was and, knowing we had their lawn service (a separate division), wondered why the problems hadn't been addressed. She was not surprised when we told her we had canceled the lawn service.

Terrible! After 2 months weeds were worse. Service that cuts and trims lawn said it looked like they were feeding the weeds instead of killing the weeds. Got lots of talks from them but weeds are much worse now than before treatments. Canceled service and got refund from credit card. Avoid Massey like the plague!
