+ -1 moreThey were ready on time, the finance company wasn't. After continuously checking to get the last item needed from our financing, they took the information and incorporated it into the closing documents quickly. Completing the signature portion of the documentation went faster than any previous closing I have done. Issues regarding contractors and city permitting were discussed and they gave accurate information about the city's permit process. We were out the door without a problem. We even received a check for a refund of services that weren't provided in a few days.
Description of Work: Service was house closing services. They handled last minute issues exceptionally; permitting the closing to not be stopped. And they didn't allow outside agencies' tardiness to be a problem.
