This was such an excellent experience. John is a super nice guy and clearly takes great pride in his work and craftsmanship.
Unfortunately we had someone else in the area sharpen our knives some time ago and that person nearly ruined our knives. But thankfully I looked on this website and found John's listing here and could not be happier with the results. Our knives are as good as new, maybe even better than they were when they were new.
John is the only person I would trust with any sharpening work in the entire Daytona, Ormond, and Flagler area. Don't make the same mistake I did. Bypass anyone else and go straight to John.

Knife sharpening
I called ahead to find out his hours and arrived at 9:00 a.m. He told me they would be done by 2:00. At 10:+, I got a call saying they were ready for pickup. I told him then I had found another knife that needed sharpening and would drop it off when I picked up the others. He told me he would do it while I waited.
