She helped me twice in the parts department. She helped me with getting a water filter for my re fridge and she helped me yesterday with screens. They are originally $30.00 a piece for the stove and she informed me how to clean them without replacing them. I was checking for a dehumidifier in the store and John came over and assisted me.

One washer and the dryer were delivered first, however the laundry room was not ready for the machines. The washer was installed in another laundry room and the dryer was stored next to it. There was a problem with the coin-op mechanism, so a service technician was sent to work on the problem at no charge because the machine was under warranty
The following month the second washer was delivered. It was installed in the laundry room where the first washer was meant to go. The delivery man then moved the dryer from storage to the proper laundry room at no additional charge.
The third month the final washer was delivered and installed.
Before the third washer was installed we had to make two or three service calls for the coin-op mechanism on washer #1. Since the last service call the washer has worked perfectly.
