Jim tore out an old shower-surround in our master bathroom, rebuilt the one side wall to accommodate the new shower surround which was larger. Because the new shower surround's fit is so tight, the shower floor and floor just outside the shower floor squeaks quite bad. Did ask Jim to come back out and asked if we could have a grab bar installed, but he just looked at me and said nothing. Jim's a nice man, but we would not hire again for any general work around the home. We are thinking of next year having the shower stall ripped out again and redone.

Although Jim arrived on schedule and sounded interested in providing me a quote for doing work around my house, he never sent the estimate and never responded to my requests. Luckily, I found this out before hiring him to do the job. I will not call him in the future.
