I was over-watering and now I know how to adjust my usage seasonally. I guess I'm saving a bit on my irrigation bill, Maybe I will even make up for his fee by the end of this summer, and everything does look better! Very satisfied.

I saw his truck in our neighborhood and gave him a call. He returned the call within the hour and schedule an appointment for later that day. In, out and repaired in a most professional manner. Great customer service. I recommend

Jed called and said he would arrive before noon. He got to us at 10:30, checked out the system and gave his recommendations. We asked when could he start the work. He said, and quot;Right nowand quot;, and immediately got to work. All plants, shrubs, trees and grass are now getting the proper amount of water!.Thanks JED SMITH SPRINKLERS!

Mr. Smith and his assistant, his son, checked our lawn sprinklers. They were on time, professional, and very kind people with good price. Highly recommend them.

They called me back immediately, set up an appointment within a day of my call. Showed up on time. Mr. Smith and his assistant were both very professional, down to earth, friendly and gave me many options and prices. They checked every part of my system. When I asked if I should get a new system, they told me although it looked haggard, if it was working well why have the added expense. I love when business owners don't try to sell you up on everything, same with my valves, he has to dig them up and gave me a price to clean them and a price to replace them in the event they cannot be cleaned to a working position. I asked, should I just replace them all immediately? he said, let me clean them and see if they work, if they work then, leave them again saving me another expense of $150.00.

Customer care was impressive. Options were plenty. Professionalism was top notch and Kindness was something rarely seen these days! A real pleasure all around and Thank Goodness for Angies List, where I found him.
