I thought it was a little underhanded, because they quoted one price, had a link for this car and said here's the amount, then they went in and changed it, and tried to make me think that I was forgetful, or that wasn't the amount. I chose not to buy a car for them.

It went well. They treated me pretty good. They were pretty prompt. The office staff was very good. The workers that I deal with have always been good. The price is a little expensive but that’s the thing when you have a Honda. As far as I know, they did an “A” quality.

My mother brought her Certified Used Car into the Hendrick Honda for a second time with the same complaint of the gas cap light on and mileage count not working. (First time in March, 2014 and second time on Sept. 15, 2015, for the same complaint).
They called her with an update on service and told her that her warranty on the car expired on August 31, 2014 and that she will now have to pay for repairs of approx. $300.
My mother, 81 years old, was so upset because first, they never fixed this repair 6 months ago and she still had the issue happening but did not find the time to bring the car back in until Oct. 15th. However, the service tech, Rich, called her and said oh well...to bad....you will need to pay $300.
I then, spoke to the service rep, Rich, and said this is not right.....the repair was never done right in the first place. At that time, I did not know that my mother still had another year of warranty on her car. I was going on his information about the warranty.
Rich then called me back and said, and quot;Good News, I called Honda directly and they agreed to give your mother a...ONE TIME GOOD WILL SERVICE on the problem, .....IF SHE AGREES TO BUY AN EXTENDED WARRANTY!
Well, so we came in to pick the car up the next day and I said to Rich.....please check the warranty status....I believe she has another year on her car......he hesitated and said and quot;he can't see in the computer where she has more coverageand quot;... So, I said
why can't you see this? Look harder.....!!! He then did look harder.....and said.....OH, YES SHE DOES HAVE ANOTHER YEAR COVERAGE.
At that time, I just left his desk and went to the manager that was not on site that day. I complained that this was an outrage that the service tech, Rich put my mother through such a tramatic ordeal. They said the manager will hear about this and will give my mother a phone call the next day with an appology.
We never heard a word back from the manager at Hendricks Honda. And, never again will we do business with this company!!!

great service, great price -- I called around, figuring the dealer would always be more expensive, but these guys were the cheapest on this expensive service item
they have a courtesy shuttle, which is handy -- but the driver insists on listening to right wing talk radio; not my favorite thing
also, I wish they would reinstate their courtesy car wash -- that was a nice benefit under the previous owner

Since I planned on waiting for the oil change to be performed, I called ahead to verify that they could handle the service that day. Chris, a service advisor, suggested that I come in at 10:00am and they could get the vehicle in. I arrived at 10:00am, checked in with Chris, and proceeded to the waiting area, where I was allowed to wait for 2 hours [for an oil change]. When my car was "ready", a second service advisor, Nancy, called me to the cashier's desk; explained that my advisor, Chris, had gone to lunch; and then present me with a list of recommended repairs for my vehicle. These included a leaking head gasket, brake fluid service, and transmission fluid service. I own more than one Honda and have been a customer of this dealership location for 20+ years. In that time, I have never waited that long for an oil change, been deserted by my service advisor, or been "upsold" like this, The fluid services had been performed less than 1 year and approximately 10,000 miles earlier. Additionally, I was not experiencing any abnormal oil loss, so I declined the 'extra' services, paid for the oil change, and sought a second opinion from a separate repair facility when it was time to change the oil again. The fluids were still fine, and there was no evidence of any issue with the head gasket. In the interim, I took a second vehicle to Hendrick Honda for routine servicing. After experiencing a similar event on a second vehicle (major repair recommended, no evidence that it was needed found by second service facility) I have moved my business elsewhere and no longer recommend this facility for anything other than warranty work.

They didn't charge me for the labor, just the part. They are just very service oriented and they go out of their way to be accommodating. All the years I have gone to them I have never had a negative experience or I wouldn't be going back.

I went in to have it serviced and that is when they told me that it required $2400 worth of repair and I was kind of in a rock in the hard place and I had to have it done. My car is 10 years old and there was some leakage in the engine and it had to be pulled out and all that business. They did that. I picked the car up, I went to drive out of town the next day, I hadn't gone 30 miles and my entire engine was overheating. I had to be towed back to town. They worked on it for like 4 hours at no charge and they didn't really say, I think they just didn't put the coolant back in when they took up the engine and drained everything. They told me there was a leak in the radiator and they replaced the radiator and everything but they didn't even once suggest what they had done. They had screwed it up somewhere. They made good on it.

I take my car to them for all of the oil changes, because they do such good work. When you get an oil change, they also do a complete check, check the tires and fill all of the fluids. They have great customer service! They make me feel very special.

They did a very good job of repairing it. It looked like new. They had to install a new panel on the right rear side. Their customer relations are wonderful--I feel like I'm going to see friends.
