The sale went very well. Our sales person was friendly, very knowledgeable, and helped us find exactly what we were looking for. However the delivery went very wrong. There was a delay getting the sofa from the manufacturer extending our delivery date by several days. When it did come in we were first told that it would be delivered the next day (the day before the Super Bowl). That was acceptable to us. Shortly after that call we received another call telling us that they could not deliver the sofa for another 4 days because they were "booked" up. Reluctantly I agreed with the understanding that it be delivered in the afternoon since we had an appointment in the morning. They indicated that they would check and let us know but if it couldn't be delivered Tuesday they would not be able to deliver it until Thursday or Friday. When we did not receive a call back I called and asked to speak to our sales person. She was not in that day, so I asked to speak to a manager and was told none was available. The next day I called and a manager answered the phone. I explained the situation to him and told him that we would not be doing business with them again. I also told him that I am an active member of Angies List and would therefore be completing a review. The sofa was delivered that morning.
