My daughter attended both the morning and afternoon sessions and was able to 'pass' the written and skill test within a month, however, Mr Belden repeatedly yelled at her and other trainees.  He called them stupid, lazy, said that he needed to yell at them to get their attention.  Several of her classmates were so upset that they never returned to class.  She did complete the class and has been applying online for jobs as most places now require.  When she called and asked to talk with him, he made an appointment, kept her waiting for almost 30 minutes and then yelled at her for not having a list of 'people' that she had talked to.
At this stage, I am convinced that my money and my daughter's time were utterly wasted.  I cannot think of anyone that I would recommend take this course.
