Ceiling Fan Service
Company was very uncommunicative, did not return e-mails, did not return phone calls. When I managed to talk with the sales rep, he assured that product was due in tomorrow and would be shipped (expedited) at no additional charge. Eight days later a phone call (also unreturned) prompted shipping of item via ground vice three day as promised.
