It was worth it because it was, first of all it was off hours. He had to come after they were closed so you are going to get, plumbers who aren't cheap to begin with so they had to charge you a little more, but I was fine with it.

When I called Daytona Plumbing Tiffany scheduled someone to come by at the earliest possible time and Steve showed up earlier than expected. Steve quickly assessed that I'd need a new water heater, gave me a quote and installed the new heater in less than 2 hours. I was very pleased with the customer service provided by Daytona Plumbing.

We called, and it wasn't long before they were out here. We couldn't use the facilities and they were very professional. I told him what was happening, so he went ahead and used the equipment. When one rotor did not work, he put another one and he ran about 100ft of line from our toilet itself to the city sewer line, and now we don't have a problem. I was expecting to pay a lot more, and the quality of service was excellent.  He cleaned up and did whatever was necessary along the line. He told us how to go about and maintain what he had done.

They installed some plumbing and it ended up flooding, but they did resolve the problem.  They had to come back out, the same day, to fix the problem.

They did a very good job. They performed it a detail that was adequate and showed me what they were doing. They covered the bases.

Rental home in South Daytona had a leak in the shower hot water faucet. Only way to alleviate it was by turning off the water heater. The repair required replacing the shower stems and the faucets. Decided due to the age of the house to replace stems in both showers.
Called Daytona Plumbing on Monday and they came out on Tuesday and completed the job in approx. 90 minutes. The price was fair and the job appears to be well done.

We placed a call to Daytona Plumbing at approx. 10:00am and they were here before 2:00pm. We had water undereneath a sink in the laundry room. The repairman got right to work and replaced a pipe and two drains for a total cost of $160.00! He was friendly and very quick in doing the repair and didn't leave a mess for us to clean up.

We called Daytona Plumbing at 4:55pm on the day the faucet sprung a leak. Since it was not an emergency they put us on the schedule for the following day even though they were booked solid. They said they would send someone if they finished a scheduled job early, otherwise it would be the next day. They did send someone the day after we called. The old faucet was removed and a new faucet installed in about an hour.
We love Daytona Plumbing. They are very responsive. We had a total of 3 faucets and one water heater replaced this summer and we gave Daytona Plumbing no-bid contracts on all the work.
We also had Daytona Plumbing snake our problematic sewer main using a camera. They identified several breaks in the main and a problem with the slope of the main. We will definitely have Daytona Plumbing make the repairs when we raise enough money to have everything done at once.

I manage a homeowners' association. We have a sewer line that serves 12 units. It keeps backing up into the homes. The Drain Surgeon comes out and cleans the main sewer line outside the units. The owner's name is Steve Clark. Everybody here knows him as the Drain Surgeon. If we call him during the weekends there is an additional service charge for after hours work. He is a very open, honest Christian man. He gives quotes upfront, so we know if we want to continue with the work or not. There is no high pressure when dealing with him. When he goes on vacation he always has a backup available, so that we are not left high and dry. We have actually had to use his backup service. They are comparable to the Drain Surgeon himself. He has already given us a quote for a permanent repair on the job that we keep calling him out for.
