When I spoke to the finance manager she knew nothing of that also when she was checking my finances she found a lien against my trade in after-the-fact that the deal was already done this lien was put on my trade from my wife that deserted me but my main problem is they did not tell me there was no spare tire or Jack and handle this should be toldto every customer to purchase any new car it should be good deal of responsibility the salesman was kind of rushing to get the papers signed the salesman's name Steve. I bought an electric car there and it died in traffic when I left the dealership. They told me I loved the car, but that was until it died on me in traffic. They told me to make a decision, because I did love the car but then I didn't. They told me to make a decision, because I wasn't getting my money back. There was a lot of going back and forth with paperwork that got messed up and stuff like that. The person that sold the car to me got fired immediately. I just had the car for a week when a cable on the gas cap broke. They fixed it.

.I had purchased and exterior wax package when I bought the vehicle for about $400. I did not purchase the interior package. They told me there would be and additional charge of $39.95 for the service since they detail the car inside and out. I spoke to a manager, and the charge was waived for this visit. When I got home, I looked at the agreement I had paid and signed. Nowhere does it indicate an extra charge. I imagine I will have to argue this again on my next waxing.

The experience was very good considering some of the experiences I have had with Car Dealers in general where they are very pushy and demanding. The salesperson I had did a great job of showing me options with different Sonata and once I decided upon the one I wanted I am and I love the car and am very happy with the decision I made. Price wise I didn't get any great deal.

The work was beautiful and it looked like a brand new car. They were very accommodating. They really worked with me to get a good price when I bought the car. It didn't take long to buy the car. They have a terrific warranty.
