I asked Darryl to come and thin our oak trees and to raise the canopy because some of the limbs were close to the house. He came out and raised the canopy but did not thin the inside of the trees. I called him to come back and thin them out, once he returned he said that he wasn't sure what I wanted. I'm sorry but if you are in the tree business and don't know what it means to thin out a tree perhaps you should be doing something else. He stated that he would be back to thin the trees.
He did not return, so I place several more calls all with the promise that he would fix it. He never came back.
