He wanted $445 as a deposit in 28 Dec 21 and despite numerous promises to make them, he had excuses that he lost his photos and measurements. He got the data again over 5 months ago and now is not returning my phone calls. He seems to busy, so if he collected money from you I believe you will never hear from him again.

Took 8 months. Kept texting...next week, next week. Offered to go over and review what I wanted. No, he knew. No, he did not remember want I wanted. It was a pattern match on a slipper chair. Not only not match but pattern did not run plum. Button tufting was not level and pattern does not match (see last picture) The welting atop chair does not run evenly. BTW the medallion was to be centered in the back and on the seat. On the upside he did re-tied the springs. This chair is 90 years old. The blue on the buttons is tape to show they are not level. Out $400 bucks plus the cost of welt and fabric...total cost of unhappiness $600.

We had Dan put new foam for seating in two sofas, two loveseats, and one chair. We are extremely pleased with the results. One sofa and loveseat that is 25 years old sit like they are new. We will use Ballard Upholstery for all work in the future. Dan's work is excellent and he is a pleasure to do business with.
