Robert was extremely professional, showed up right on time, very polite. Our air condition was hit by a surge/lightning, and Robert was able to get the machine up and running within about an hour by replacing a capacitor. The cost was exactly what he quoted me, and we couldn't be happier with his service and prices. Robert was recommended to me by a family member and I can see why. He's an honest guy who's been in the business here locally for decades. Robert happens to be the owner of the company which is really nice when compared to the way other AC companies function around here. I like dealing with the owner whenever I can, and this was no different. We highly recommend Climate Masters to anyone needing A/C Heat work. 5 Star Service with a smile!

Robert from Climate Masters just installed my new 15.5 seer A/C unit. I'm very happy with the result, can't say enough good things about the experience from the price, punctuality, workmanship and overall result......I highly recommend.

We had an emergence in which the drain pipe was stopped up and water was leaking through the roof from the drip pan. The A/C was not working either. Climate masters sent out an individual within a couple of hours, which was not during normal work hours. He set up a temporary drain and charged the A/C. A couple of days later they worked us into their schedule and he came out and made permanent repairs and replaced some parts on our unit.
