I was referred by a friend and couldn't be happier. Someone had backed into my new BMW and I took it to Classi Auto Body for the repair to my rear quarter panel, tail light and bumper. The first thing I noticed was how clean and orderly the shop was. The second thing I noticed was how friendly and professional the staff was. They did a walk around, gave me an estimate, performed the work on time and called me in a few days to pick up my repaired car. I am very particular about my vehicles and am very happy with the quality of the body work.
Seven months later I purchased side/front grills to improve the look of my car. I took the car to Classi and asked them to put them on since I didn't want to scratch my car in the process. They kept the car for a day, put the pieces on and didn't charge me a cent! They said it was an easy job and were happy to help out an existing customer. I could not have been more happy.

I like when they do their own service, but when they subcontracted the work out to a specialized vendor, I had very bad results on a material used for a Mercedes convertible top. I should have just replaced the top because they nickel-and-dimed me to death on the repairs.
