Technician complained the entire time he was on site about beachside houses and how he hates working on them. The apprentice he brought with him was polite, but they had to come back on another day to correct the work the apprentice had done himself. Work had been performed by them in the past as well and I am looking to get more extensive work done as well. I have called 4 times to get someone out to give a quote on my property and each time I call, I am greeted with defensiveness until it is confirmed that I've called several times. Apologies are given and promises of a call back, but I have yet to hear anything. Very unprofessional to not call a customer back after 3 attempts and a loss of a potentially big job as well.

They are excellent. Reasonably priced. Very responsive and quality work.

Work went great. Cates are really talented and GOOD and do EXCELLENT work in the Daytona area. They are in high demand. Provided work when requested. Work completed and we were very happy with them! Will be using them again in the future and would HIGHLY recommend using them for any electrical contracting (electrical work, running wiring for anything - coax, internet, etc.).
