I use them for my internet.  I don't like them and I've already, next Tuesday we switch to AT&T.  Bright House has extremely old equipment, just not happy with it.  Our friends say we won't like AT&T either but we'll just have to see.  We paid like $76 a month.  I don't have many options so I will say I would use them in the future.  They could have better updated equipment.  They could make it faster.  It also drops from time to time.

The provider was professional, however he left the attic stairs down, and he did not connect the internet the way it was supposed to be done.  I paid for a WiFi router, however when I unplugged my own WiFi router (since I was paying for theirs) there was no internet service at all.  Also, the internet service keeps going in and out; sometimes I am right in the middle of something online and everything just freezes.  I am hoping they can fix the problem.  I have called and they seem to be willing to make it all right.

Installation was fast and easy. Internet is fast, reliable. Whenever I have an issue, a quick fix like restarting the modem usually does the trick, and I've never be without internet for more than 1 hour, and usually less often than once every other month. Compared to my previous provider, this is much better. Overall excellent experience, will transfer service to new address.

I moved my Brighthouse Account when I moved to another city. In the process, they gave my account to another person. I have had this email for 20 years. iwas on the phone for 3 hours today. Where are my emails?

I've used them for 40 years. They're pretty prompt in coming out, and fixing stuff. I haven't had any problems with that.

I've been using them for 30 years. I like their repair service. I like their 24 hour technical support service. I like their ability to get inside the modem, reboot it and tell me what needs to be done.  I like their business services. I have four accounts and a personal internet with networking. I have basic cable at the house. I have road runner business class for my security cameras and we have standard cable for guests. So I have three accounts with them and they do extremely well.  They keep increasing the speed without increasing the price. I can contact them and they can walk me through any kind of technical problem whatsoever that I have. They are 24/7 and they are very prompt. Their billing is efficient and straightforward.  I have them on autopay and if I want to go into the office and pay I can do that too and it is pretty straightforward. They have a good grace period in case I am running a little behind. Their repair service and their technical support and the price of their products are absolutely wonderful. They keep coming back to install new wires and they re-wired the whole thing for nothing. If I call up and ask them for a new modem they are here the next day. This guy brings it in, starts it up and sets it up the way I want it. They actually helped me set up a Lennox service and they walked me through it. They keep lowering the prices as times go by. They increase the speed and lower the price.
