Bedroom Expresions in Furniture Row Shopping

Was shopping for a waterbed which this store carries.  The purchase was simple and quick as I knew what I wanted.  The sales rep Craig was very friendly and professional answering my questions and helping me to pick out a bed frame that was not super expensive but meets the standards to hold a waterbed.  Made the purchase on Saturday and delivery was set up for Wednesday.  Delivery personnel called the day before to confirm address and time.  They arrived at the time promised and got right to work putting everything together only to discover that the part to hold the water was missing and was told they would bring it the next day.  I was so disappointed that I was not going to be able to sleep in my new bed that night that the deliveryman came back after he got off from work with the missing part and completed the job so that I could sleep in my new bed that night.  Do not remember his name but I want to compliment the company for great customer service.  I will shop in this store again and recommend to my friends.
