"From the very beginning of her contract, this client violated the Management Agreement by continuously interfering with the agent/tenant relationship, including entering tenants’ apartments without proper notice. When a meeting was scheduled to discuss these matters, she became so emotional and belligerent that no solution was able to be reached. We will no longer maintain a business relationship with her, as we make a practice of dealing ethically and fairly with both property owners and the tenants at the properties we manage."
