AWFUL! It a lengthy story of too many errors; my property was not promoted or advertised adequately. Rent was lowered without consulting me. One rental agent recommended I furnish an apartment to get it rented faster- but another agent had already gotten it rented unfurnished, and I ended up moving furniture in and out. The final error; they had received a letter from an attorney due to their disregard of a tenants written complaints to them. ARK Property Management did nothing to respond to the tenant, or to the attorney! I ended up hiring my own attorney. They cost me a lot of money for unprofessional service. Do not use this company.
Description of Work: I contracted with ARK to manage my property. It was one bad experience after another. Their lack of communication led to problems and expenses for me. I severed my contract early. Wish I had never hired them.

From the very beginning of her contract, this client violated the Management Agreement by continuously interfering with the agent/tenant relationship, including entering tenants’ apartments without proper notice. When a meeting was scheduled to discuss these matters, she became so emotional and belligerent that no solution was able to be reached. We will no longer maintain a business relationship with her, as we make a practice of dealing ethically and fairly with both property owners and the tenants at the properties we manage.
