ALL DAYTONA SEPTIC TANK SYST

Absolutely horrible. They don’t even deserve 1 start. Completely unprofessional, crappy work, nothing but RUDE from the lady who answers the phone to the people who do the work. I wouldn’t ever recommend this company!!

TERRIBLE!!!!!!!

I then called the office and asked to have someone come back out and clean it and they told me that they couldn’t due to where my tank was located. I then call the health department about the permit and All Daytona Septic Tank would not return my calls.

He came out the same day I called them, within an hour and did a great job.

I needed a routine pumping of our septic tank and called All Daytona on a Wen. evening. The woman who answered asked if I could hold to which I said, yes. There was "dead air" while on hold. I called back thinking I got cut off...turns out no music or beeps with their hold. Just a heads up. Anyway, they scheduled me for just after noon the next day. I was was told Mitch would be performing the work and he would call before showing up. A few other questions were asked as to distance from road to septic and such. Courteous, professional scheduling. Around noon the next day Mitch called and said he would arrive in 30 minutes. On time he was with a big, clean, shiny pumper. Looked like a milk transport truck! Very clean. Mitch was very polite and professional. Answered all my questions and gave me a full report as to the condition of our 40 year old septic tank. Excellent service and I have no complaints. This was not an emergency call, just a routine pumping and I was very pleased with All Daytona's response. They have my stamp of approval.

They were prompt, courteous, and professional. If I needed to have any septic work done in the future, I will definitely call them.
