They gave me a reasonable quote. The men arrived on time and worked all day out in the sun. They were very polite and professional, It took two days but now I have a beautiful new roof. I would highly recommend them.

The estimate for my requested work was handled promptly and professionally. Written estimate was complete, professional and included the contract to be returned before work would be started. The work was delayed due to weather however was rescheduled and completed as promised.
Final price was exactly as quoted.

I had a chimney that leaked and I didn't know what was needed to fix.
Company gave me two options for repair; estimate and final price included all fees and permits.
I enjoyed being able to communicate via email and that is how I received my estimate (which is how I requested to receive it.)
The work was exceptional. Always like a contractor that knows how to deliver great service and clean up after themselves as well.

I finally found someone to give me an honest price. They use the best products. They came right away the day I called him, he gave me a date and said he'd be here with in a week's time. They came with equipment and didn't make a mess or anything. They use what is called peal and stick underneath which costs a lot extra. They put really good architectural shingles on and I was totally happy with the price. They were a couple of thousand dollars less than everyone else. I was talking to the building inspectors who inspect the roof and that is who they use. I couldn't rate them any higher from start to finish. I was just happy I was able to speak to someone who inspects all their roofs. They are a family business and they've been in business for year from what I understand. I would recommend them to anyone who asked me.

It took a couple of call backs to get the difficult one leak-free but Sonny was very attentive and wasn't satisfied until we were. Wouldn't even bill us until we were sure it was taken care of. Outstanding service and very trustworthy. Highly recommend this company. Forgot to mention, when they first came out to assess the leaks, they put a temporary fix on the easy leak at no charge even before we committed to use them and I got both an email and a written copy of the estimate.

He had the cheapest estimate and was well under everyone else's price. He was about $1,000 lower than the closest estimate. He said that any rotted wood or anything he found would be additional and everyone else also said that. He replaced rotted wood and the final bill was only $250 over his original estimate, which I thought was remarkable. He did a beautiful job. He was friendly and came when he said he would.

Very happy with the final product. FYI: This company has been voted News Journal's reader's choice best around for 1999-2004, 2006. Initial estimate was just a little higher than another quality contractor. Faircloth will match other quotes. When they matched the other quote, I went with them. 2 weeks later getting started than initially projected - bad weather had delayed all their jobs. The team arrived and performed on 3 day schedule as promised. 1 day to remove, 1 day for inspection, 1 day to finish. 2 problems came up and they responded as soon as alerted. 1- they left my satellite dish hanging instead of remounting after stripping the old roof off. Not happy with that, left a message on after working hours - they were out the next morning at 0900 with apologies. They also had a problem on the inspection - couple of nails sticking up. They were apologetic, quickly fixed it and paid for the re-inspection. See below.
