Description of Work: He and his assistant scraped old paint off my chimney, patched the cracks and repainted it with elasticized paint. On the interior, he patched and repainted the ceiling where it had cracked and crumbled due to water leaking in from the chimney. We have had two heavy rains since he did this and the ceiling has remained dry.
