Judi Gentile and Tom Kaphingst were the worst. They tried to sell me a house that had so many issues it failed 2 inspections! I paid $600 total and all I got were a bunch of lies and excuses. They refused to tell me the age of the roof. Tom said the inspector would give me that information. It is a house on septic. The $350 septic inspection I had to pay for failed and they told me that instead of fixing it I should pay to switch to city sewage. That house is county area and there is no city sewage. I felt like all I did was waste their time. I am very disappointed. I do not recommend them!
