The mover sent two men and a truck to the house in Deltona. The men boxed and loaded the house contents with the exception of a pool table, water bed, glass dining room table and items in the florida room (chairs, dart board).
The mover sent the furniture to my new storage unit by two different employees. Upon unloading I noticed several items missing which I brought to the attention of the movers. These items were large and obvious. Such as: 46" flat screen TV and riding lawn more and generators. It was not until I could go through the entire storage unit and the boxes that
the complete extent of the loss became apparent. In August I spoke to the owner of the company who indicated that he would look into the matter. I received an email from them indicating that I was senile at the time of the move and could not know what I had but to send copies of receipts.
They received these copies last week and I have yet to hear from them.
NOT under any circumstance would I use this company and had I known about such incidents would not have used them at all. In the phone book yellow pages the company claimed to be run by Christians and lent some degree of trust in the company.
