I live in Indiana but have a place in FL. I called Bob to get some work done on my irrigation system. My extremely nice and helpful neighbor was trying to help me out remotely as well but he is not an irrigation repairman. Full disclosure, there was a mix up on the appointment and Bob showed up when my neighbor wasn't available to be there to let Bob in, but then again Bob knew that from text messages, however, I did not confirm the new time with Bob. I run a business too and the first rule of business is that things don't always go as planned, but basically Bob told me I was on my own and said call someone else (and hung up on me), so I did. As I was writing this, I already heard from the other sprinkler repairman and got an appointment.

Where do I begin. Bob showed up for our appointment to give an estimate. The estimate was reasonable so I signed the contract for the work to begin the following Monday and work was to take 2 1/2 days. He showed up on time Monday and realized that he would be unable to put the timer where agreed upon so we agreed to split the price to have it in another location. Day 2 - When laying pipe he did not check for electrical lines going from my home to my separate 5 car garage, (which has items needing electricity). He ended up breaking my electrical lines encased in conduit not once but twice. Now I have no electric to my garage. He told me he would fix it in a way not up to code for any electrical wires. I informed him that that would not be satisfactory. I called an electrical company that night and explained what Bob wanted to do and they said I could call them back the next day and they would come out and give us an estimate. Day 3 - Bob thought about it and told me he would get a quote from an electrical company to fix it. He said he tried three companies and no one would return his call. I told him about the company I had called the night before and he called them and they came out right way and gave an estimate to both Bob and I. Bob thought their estimate was too high and wanted to get other quotes and call his insurance company. Day 4 - Bob came out and covered up line he had already put down and took all his supplies with him and said he was going out of town for a long weekend. Still no electricity to my garage during. week 1. Week 2 - still waiting for Bob to get back with me. Still no electricity to my garage. Week 3 - Bob got another quote and I got another quote. Bob wanted to take the lowest quote with no permit being pulled. I would have liked the middle quote but they couldn't do the work for another 10 days (remember, no electricity to my garage this whole time). I told Bob that he needed to go with the higher quote which included a permit and could do the job right away. He refused and told me to take care of it myself. His insurance adjuster came out and I got a letter from his insurance company (see attached) who dismissed his claim since he had not checked for electrical wires before starting the job. I was so disappointed by the whole situation. I would never recommend Irrigation Repairs, Inc. to anyone.

Everything went smooth from the initial contact. I am extremely pleased with the work and final outcome. The changes he did made a complete difference in how the system operates. I liked the fact that he told me everything step by step including instructions on setting the timer to keep a beautiful lawn. I would definitely recommend him to others.

It could not have gone better! They showed up a day early and finished quicker that they said. They were all very professional, did awesome work and they left the yard as clean as when they started. And the price was very reasonable. I @would recommend them to anyone who needs sprinklers repaired or replaced!

Bob showed up significantly late. The tune-up I purchased was really unnecessary as the system needed other repair. Bob just threw several different things at the system until figured out the issue. He replaced my indexing valve (which I agreed to) which was basically brand new. I evidently needed a low pressure valve instead of the regular valve. He then proceeded to take my valve with him for his own future use (I purchased it from Lowe's and could have used/sold it). I was charged nearly $200 for a service after already buying the $80 tune-up which wasn't performed. He didn't even factor the cost of the original tune-up I purchased into the overall cost of repair. Additionally, Bob was rude to my neighbor who asked for a business card. I do not recommend this company and will not hire again.

When Bob dug for the pipe he found a maze of old irrigation pipes that the previous homeowner must have installed/deactivated. Even though this caused extra work and required more parts he did not charge extra. The repair was performed quickly and effectively.

Bob was able to get the sprinkler system going on the first visit. Once the system was working he helped identify areas that needed further repairs. We scheduled a second visit to do the repairs. He showed up when he said he would, did what he said he was going to do, and did it in the agreed upon price.

Bob showed up as promised and ahead of schedule so he called to confirm a earlier time was ok. Bob and his helper both are very knowledgeable and professional. They worked effectively and made sure I was aware of all that needed to be completed before they did anything, these guys made my day and the cost was extremely reasonable for all the work they did!

On the day and time agreed upon Bob and his tech arrived and spent a VERY Long Day working on my large front and back yard. Once the sprinklers were operative, he showed me how the current system was not providing proper coverage to the front lawn. He was aware of the investment being made for new sod and added additional sprinklers to ensure adequate irrigation. I stood on the lawn as he ran the various zones to ensure that every square inch was covered. I appreciate the time he spent explaining the job and appreciate his attention to detail. The additional sprinklers were provided at a very reasonable rate and gave me the piece of mind that significant investment in the new lawn would be properly watered as a result of his work. It was great working with Bob, Irrigation Repairs Inc, and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a honest, professional who takes great pride in his work.

Went great. They not only repaired the areas that were leaking, but repositioned some of the original locations to provide better overall coverage. Did a good job at reasonable rates. They were punctual and I would hire again.

Everything went well. The sprinkler system got a tune up, sprinkler heads were replaced, a few added, and he even helped my system run smoother to preserve water.
