Mr Wachstetter really earned his fee, as I have a log home with a horse barn and pole barn as well as a small office building on 2 acres, and there were no direct comparisons in my town (Loxahatchee Groves). His appraisal was very thorough and I thought his calculations were appropriate. I was happy to give him the extra day he requested due to lack of readily available comps and I am entirely pleased with his report and his communications with me during the project. I would certainly use him again and recommend him highly.
