I've known this place for a while now. Sold and bought gold jewerly from them and nobody beats their prices. Really honest and nice. Plenty of unique pieces to choose from. Their work on my diamond ring was really outstanding and a fraction of what I was asked at other jewelers at the mall

My mother had one camphor glass necklace which she gave to my sister. Rather than be jealous, I decided to just purchase one. I have prior experience with Zargon and asked if they could find me a necklace. So quickly one was found, and the purchase price was considerably less than similar items on eBay. I have a lovely certificate attesting to its properties and value. Zargon is a wonderful place to trust with all jewelry issues.

My husband had a vintage diamond and sapphire earring. We went to Zargons about a year ago to get an estimate of how much it would cost to turn the earring into an engagement ring. Debbie tested the diamonds and told us what style of ring was possible. Not all the stones could fit in the ring style so we decided to remaining 2 stones for my husband's ring. We saved up to be able to afford it and went back to order the engagement ring. My husband had it for months before he proposed. After the proposal, we went back to see about making my husband's ring, to see what was possible with the sapphire and single diamond. I gave Debbie the design I found online and she had a similar style ring in stock. We got his ring done, then went back a few months later to order my wedding band/2nd ring. We went back again to get the 2 rings bound together after we got married. Debbie and Gigi are special to us because they made our wedding rings and we ended with 3 custom made great rings. We were working with a budget and got rings that would have cost about 3 times as much at other jewelry retailers. I hope to get another ring as a push present or a 5 year anniversary gift and will be going to Zargon's again.

Based on my previous experience here, I went in for what should have been a simple process. The battery was changed while I waited. I paid the bill and put the watch on. I noticed the next day that the back of the watch was wiggling, so I took it back. They said the seal was missing, but that they'd replace it. I didn't find out until today when that battery died that they did not replace the ring-seal. When I took it into another shop for a battery, they showed me the turquoise goop stuck to the battery that had been used to keep the back in place.

My mom and I have been dealing with Debbie and Gigi for a few years now. They have made several custom pieces for us that are magnificent. On this occaision my mom wanted to make something for me from a piece of jewelry that belonged to my grandma (her mother). We spoke with Debbie about our options and decided on making a two toned diamond ring out of it. Debbie worked long and h****** it and the final product is a magnificent free form two toned diamond ring just like I described to her. My mom was very happy with the ring as well and the fact that a piece of her mother's jewelry will continue to be cherished for many years to come. Thanks again Debbie and Gigi for another beautiful piece of jewelry.

I walked into the store on 12/18 and asked about a yellow gold diamond earring. There were not any currently available, so Debbie told me she could custom make the stud and have it ready by 12/20. On 12/20, as promised, I received a phone call from Debbie informing me that the stud was ready to be picked up. When I arrived for pickup, and saw the stud, I was pleasantly surprised! Debbie did a wonderful job crafting the earring and also had another earring I had purchased there properly cleaned for free! The service and product delivery there is fantastic, and I will be returning in the future. Thank you.

The 2 women who we met there are delightful - professional, knowledgeable and fun to talk to. We were very happy with the work they did and would use their services again and go to their store for any future jewelry purchases. There were some very nice looking pieces in the display cases.

I have a silver wrist watch that was too big for me to wear, so I brought it to Zargon Jewelers and Gigi attended to my needs. She asked me exactly how I wanted it resized by removing a handful of links. After only a few days, I received a phone call from Gigi, telling me that the watch had the correct amount of links removed. I arrived, tried on the watch, and it fit perfectly, no issues. For all that work, when I was told it would cost $10, I was happily surprised. The professionalism at Zargon is fantastic! As far as I'm concerned, there are no other jewelers in the area better. Thank you, and I will be returning.

I left my watch to be fixed in the morning and on the same day, received a call saying my watch band swap had been completed. I went to pick it up before closing time and was told despite how difficult the work was to be completed (part of the band was cemented onto the watch, as I was made aware of), Gigi completed the entire operation in less than a day. The clasp is attached beautifully and I couldn't be more pleased! If I have any issues with other watches and/or jewelry, I know where I will bring it to be fixed. Thanks for the great work Gigi!

Beautifully! Gigi called when my rings were ready to be picked up. Not only did they do a great job in sizing them, but they also cleaned them and they looked brand new! I found this wonderful store three years ago, and I love to go there to shop! It is my "go-to" place for shopping for unique gifts for my family and friends.

I went to Zargon Jewelers with a few things.
First, I needed to replace a broken stone in my rose gold earrings. One of them fell and got damaged. They did a very good job with that, the earrings both look the same (changed the color of the stones) and you would not tell that something ever happened to them.
And second, I wanted to make a set of yellow gold diamond cut earrings. I had those before as a gift and even though they were very simple, they had a sentimental value. It happened that I lost one of them long ago, and the second one got lost in the other jewelry place when I tried to make it. So I was very upset. But the ladies were able to make them both just having one picture. I also asked them to finalize some details to perfection and they did it very fast.
So overall I am very happy with the job and the service. I will certainly come back myself and already referred one of my co-workers! I will also direct my guests with some special requests to this place.

Very happy!!! I inherited a ring from a grandmother that was missing a small trillion sapphire. I took it to a jeweler to see how much it would be to replace the stone. The first jeweler I went to was very hesitant and said it would be really hard to find a matching stone and it would probably have to be specially cut and it would be very expensive but if I left the ring he would do some research. I left the ring and didn't hear from him for about 2 weeks. This bothered me so I went in to pick up the ring and he said he still hadn't been able to find a stone and again said it would be hard/expensive to fix. The ring had mostly sentimental value and I didn't want to spend a huge amount of money to repair it so I was discouraged. I decided to look on Angie's List to find another jeweler to get another opinion before I gave up. I saw that Zargon Jewelers had a lot of good reviews so I thought I would give them a try. Boy am I glad I did!!! I met with Debi and she was so knowledgeable and took the time to explain about the ring and what needed to be done. She said she would call if something came up but she was confident she could replace the missing sapphire, reset the one that had fallen out and tighten all the other stones and resize it for a reasonable cost so I left it. Two days later I got a call from her assistant Gigi saying the ring was ready to picked up. I was so surprised since the other jeweler had it 2 weeks and didn't do anything. I went that afternoon to pick it up and it looks fantastic! I am so happy to have found Debi so I could restore grandmother's ring to its original beauty at a reasonable price. Even though this jeweler is a bit of a drive for me I will definitely go here in the future anytime I need a jeweler. I now see why there are so many great reviews for this shop.
