07/21/21-Completed diagnostic. Replaced the compressor capacitor and the blower motor capacitor, also charge the unit with two pounds of R22. Unit working properly at this time. Balance paid in full. TOTAL CHARGE: $810. 08/30/2021: Called Thermal Concepts to claim warranty on this service since the A/C is not working on a unit that is vacant (noticed it 2 weeks ago thru my ecobee app, and today when the cleaning lady visited on her monthly schedule). The answer was that they do not offer any more service to IconBrickell because they no longer have a contract with the common areas of the building??. This is not acceptable after being their client for over 5 years. I am left with a very bad work done, no solution and $810 wasted repair. Horrible customer service!

Everything was great. The sales person described everything to a tea. Calls where promptly returned, appointments were met (very punctual) and installation was quick and clean. Everything was done as agreed... No surprises. The sales person even called a few days after the installation to see how we were enjoying the new unit.
