He is awesome. His prices are reasonable and fair. We have just been very impressed because he is extremely thorough and very professional. We just completely trust him. He is just one of few really good auto mechanics around. He is somebody we would really be happy to pass on a referral. I am willing to pay the price because I know it is good. I took a stack of his card and anybody I talk to that needs auto service, I tell them to go see Roger. I have been looking for somebody that I can count on for a long time and I finally found somebody.

The experience overall was positive. I was impressed with VShopand acute;s professionalism and courtesy but not so much with the prices. The fact that the engine leakage was not fixed completely the first time was probably because there were multiple leaks and only one (not the main) was addressed. I didnt go back to fix the other leak(s) because I wanted to check prices elsewhere first. Itand acute;s July and I havent done it yet.

I have been going to The V shop for service for about 25 years. I knew the present owner when he was one of the service technicians there. The service in this particular case was done within the time promised and for less than what the dealer would have charged me. I have never had a problem that Roger couldn't resolve. He will tell you what he can and can not do and will refer you to the dealer when the work should be covered under a warranty. While they specialize in Volvo's they do repair other makes of cars. I no longer have Volvo's and they are quite capable of handling our present cars.
