Awful communication!!! I hired them about 6 months ago for "AC service". I have a 15 year old AC and wanted to know if it still had a couple years of life or if it needed to be replaced. I replace my air filter and clean the drain pipes every 6 weeks so it's fine from a general maintenance perspective. My wife setup the appointment because she got a referral from someone at her work. I tried calling them several times before the appointment to find out what I would be billed for. Nobody could tell me anything and they kept telling me they'd call me back. Well, nobody called me back and the appointment date came. I asked the tech what they were going to do and he said diagnostics and flush the lines. I thought that meant he was cleaning some lines inside the AC - NOT the drain pipes that I clean myself. Anyway, I got a bill later for cleaning the (already clean) drain pipes and replacing the filter (which I just did 2 weeks before). Had they communicated with me none of this would've been an issue. After several emails with them, they eventually reversed the bill. So about a month ago we decided to replace our AC and I made another huge mistake by giving them another chance. They replaced the AC and the new unit is 10x louder than our old unit. We could not sleep with this thing on. I tried calling them to see if there is something we can do about the noise but they never call back when they say they will. And worst of all, my walls and staircase have huge gouges in them from carrying the equipment up/down the stairs. They also ran the overflow switch wire in front of the filter door and told me that I need to remove the switch every time I replaced the filter. That really annoyed me. Why would anyone think that was acceptable???? I would not recommend them to anyone who expects at least minimal customer service. I hate giving bad reviews, but this really was a miserable experience dealing with these people.

Need a dryer duct cleaning and purchased through angieslist due to the good reviews. Appointment between 10-12, I get a call at 12 saying we're running late, but we are on our way and will be there in 45 minutes to an hour. At 2:15, I called to cancel. I understand things happen but after waiting almost 4 1/2 hours and no status on what is going on, I'm moving on to someone else.

My husband and I sat in one room while they cleaned. They didn't mention any problems. The vent in the master is now working minimally (it worked just fine before they came), and the vent in the loft has stopped working completely. We called about this, and they were scheduled to come Tuesday but never showed. We called again, they were supposed to come Wednesday, never showed. Josh finally came on Thursday and worked on the duct in the loft. He asked me to come up with him, which I did. The vent was very dirty, so it's clear they never removed it. He got the vent minimally working, but never indicated what the problem was. I emailed them about the issue, but it would seem that they just ignored it. I would never hire them again.

They came quickly and took care of the problem. No hassles.

The worm was done promptly and well. Currently waiting for quote to replace master closet A/C duct and air vent.

Because there is a great deal of pain involved when A/C is present, I'm very persnickety about any duct work being done as Auto-Immune diseases are not very patient. However, Abner and J.T., as well as the technician Esteban were very patient and understanding of my needs which are beyond the ordinary.The drywall finisher also did a beautiful job. It is very rare for a person to react to air condition as negatively as I do, but The A/C Ductologist did not laugh me off as though I exaggerated the pain and spasticity caused by A/C. They were very willing to work with me to make sure that not only the work was completed as agreed, but also that I was feeling okay as a result should I need them to go a step further in the future by reconfiguring other ducts. Ty Pennington once overhauled a home for a family whose son was allergic to air conditioning on a show called Extreme Makeover: Home Edition--of course sparing no expense on the variables that defy logic and the norm. I never thought I would be able to find an affordable solution with a local company one that I felt confident to work well with me, that I could trust in my rafters, and that I could call again if need be. It's refreshing to come across a service provider whose company and technicians operate with such a great deal of integrity. I would definitely use them again.

They were excellent.

They did a great job. It was kind of an expensive job, but they managed to get it under warranty. So it ended costing a fraction of what it would have, and they ended up saving me around $1000. They're very prompt and professional. I would highly recommend them.

It went well. They called to advise they were running a few minutes late and arrives shortly afterwards. They answered all of my questions and were very professional.

Actually it wasn't very good. Because I am under the impression that by mistake they took my AC filter with them. They came and performed the service. I asked for a quote and the person who came to my house gave me an amount a cost. When I called the office they gave me a much higher cost. So I didn't like that either. That is why I didn't call, I didn't want to talk to them. I realized that I overpaid for the service, but then I asked a quote for another service and that is when they gave me two numbers. First of all they could return my filter, that would be awesome.
