They were excellent. The company owner does the work personally. He is extremely professional and gives extraordinary service. He took pictures of everything in my attic and showed me what was wrong with my air conditioning system so I was informed on exactly what was wrong and what needed to be done. I've used him three times, and he is always on time. He takes pride in doing a good job.

When he came back to finish replacing the compressor, he didn't tell us anything about what he was doing. He replaced the motor and charged us for it without even discussing it with us. He also said the compressor he put in was new, but there was no serial number on it. For all we know, it could be a used compressor that we paid full price for. They originally told us it would be six hundred dollars to replace the compressor, but then they charged us another eighty-five dollars to replace the motor. I would not recommend them and I hope they go out of business.
