We had a flood incident in our home on a Friday December 12th, few weeks before the Holidays. My broker referred us to Restore Dry LLC. The owner, Sam Mawardi came to our home that night to access the repairs and start water remediation. Even though it was a weekend, Sam call us throughout the weekend and came twice to move his machinery around the damaged areas of the house. The following week, he or someone of his team came home to take care of things. The most amazing aspect of our overall experience with Sam and his team was how punctual they were. They gave us a time and they were always there. That's a rare experience with services here in the Miami area.
After the water remediation services, we asked Sam and other providers to submit a proposal for the repairs. His proposal was very competitive and the deliverables were very clear. He detailed every single item that was included and every single item that was excluded. At that point we had developed a positive relationship with Sam and we decided to hire his services for the repairs. Again, the experience was fantastic. Sam and his team were excellent professionals. The house looked brand new after his services. There were no delays in doing the repairs. Once they started doing the job, they finished. There were no surprises with respect to our proposal. We paid exactly what we quoted. He was reliable and trustworthy.
As a matter of fact, we had such a positive experience with Restore Dry, that we hired their services again to paint our commercial business. Again, the proposal was very competitive. Sam even helped us buy the paint using his commercial discounts, which saved us $300.00 in paint. His team was excellent. They had to work overnight because of our daily schedule. That was never an issue. The team worked alone and we had no problems leaving our business in their hands.
We plan to continue to hire Restore Dry in the future and we recommend them to all our clients, friends and family.
