Reliable Pressure Cleaning and Paint

Completely reckless and irresponsible, find someone else. I recommended them to my neighbors and we live on a zero lot line. I have a small pond and plants on the side of the house that connects our houses. The cleaning guy just stood on the roof and clean and sprayed it right into my pond, causing all the fish to die. they blamed it on my neighbors and took no responsibility. Don’t come back and pretend to act like you care now, if you would have accepted some responsibility instead of blaming someone else I would not have responded to you the way I did. Someone was home and the pond and plants were right below the roof you or your workers were cleaning. Common sense and common decency would caused you to stop and maybe think that bleach will get into the pond that is literally right below where you were cleaning.

This job was unsupervised so they took advantage of the situation. We asked for pictures which were sent. They rushed over to get paid and we did so based upon pictures. When I went to the unit for a close inspection, the paint job was horrible. Inconsistant color, sloopy work. They literally tore off a wire shelving from the wall and left it on the floor because it was in the way and they did not want to paint around it. When asked to replace, they responded by saying that they had place the 5 gallon paint bucket on the shelf and that it collaped. According to the contractor that we had to hire to fix it as they refused to take responsibility for it said "never in a thousand years" could this happen because of the paint bucket. First because it does'nt fit and second the shelf is screwed into the concrete wall! They tore up my unit closet. Use my kitchen sink to wash their tools and left paint residue everywhere. Very sloopy workers. Stay away. These [young inexperienced at business] guys are smooth talking crooks. Hire at your own peril! I have pictures if you need proof.

Steven was professional and thorough. Combine that with the low cost and I was very very happy. I will definitely be calling him again!
