On Thursday, August 8th, one of the managers from NG Solutions Cleaning, Pedro, along with an associate named Maria, came to my home for our scheduled bi-weekly cleaning. Shortly after they left, I noticed my floor was not clean in some areas. I called the company but there was no response. The following day, Fatima Perez, a representative of the company’s Quality Control Team, called and I explained what transpired, my concerns and disappointment. Ms. Perez reassured me that another team would be coming out later in the day to clean my floors. Throughout the course of Friday, August 9th, did a member of the company’s staff report to my home, nor a courtesy phone call received providing an update. I received a phone call from Ms. Perez the morning of Monday, August 12th advising she had spoken with both Pedro and Maria who assured her that they cleaned the floors. I advised Ms. Perez of recorded camera footage along with times of occurrence indicating both Pedro and Maria did not clean the entire floors on the first level. I proceeded to provide proof of my argument via video recording showing my concerns. However, I was told there was not enough evidence to substantiate my claims. This is not the first time NG Solutions Cleaning did not properly clean my floors and made aware trepidation. I cannot tell you the last time Pedro has emptied the shredder bin when cleaning the office, or halfheartedly dusted my home in effort to rush to their next destination. This critique may help someone in the future. Do yourself a favor and save yourself the headache!

Excellent! My wife and I have been using NG Solutions Cleaning twice a month since July 2015. I think they've missed an appointment only ONCE in all of that time. We are both in our 70s, retired, and have some medical issues that make it really difficult to keep the house clean. NG Solutions is a real lifesaver for us! Thank you, NG!

They always come with a crew of 3-4 people and they clean our house in just a few hours. The price is competitive and they do a fantastic job cleaning.

We couldn't be more pleased.
Every time they come they do some little thing that is surprising and unexpected. Today for example, they emptied the small waste container for the paper shredder I've got next to my computer desk in the Den. The waste container is translucent black plastic - it's hard to tell if there's anything in it unless you pull it out. It's no big thing but it's nice to get that kind of service.
