Things started fine but over time the agreement we had fell apart. It appeared crews changed and they gradually would not do things like trim the bushes or weeds. Then it seemed Tony didn't care a all and one day the company was sold to Lawncierge. The service hasn't gotten any better.

Well, their return call was very prompt, but they don't work in West Park, FL. Very hard to get folks to service my city.

I sent an email requesting new service and phone calls during business hours. Never received a reply. Phone just rang. Went with another lawn service who ret my voice mail on their day off.

I have been using Luca landscaping for a little over a year. In the beginning there were billing problems that were taken care of immediately because someone would answer the phone. In the last few months, no one answers the phone but the machine and they do not get back to you. About 2-3 months ago I spoke with the owner and told them that they sliced my high sprinkler head off and did not weed whack all over. and kill the weeds.He promised me they would be by within the week. They never showed up so I had to pay someone to fix the sprinkler head. Then about 2 weeks ago they came to do my lawn and broke my screen door and it pulled it out of the frame and another sprinkler head was broken.. I called immediately and and left a message and never received a response. I called 3 more times after that initial call, and still received no response. I even emailed him about the problems and received no response. I left a message to cancel my lawn service until they make right on my screen door frame and sprinkler head and they stilled showed up on Friday. I do not know what happened to the company and who they are hiring. They were good in the beginning, but now it appears that they do not care about there customers.

Had them doing my regular lawn service, the guys ruined the area around my trees and I was looking to get additional landscaping done. Vincent came over and said he would fix the area the guys ruined ( never happened ) He also said I would get a quote for the landscaping with a drawing in two days. A week later after not getting the promised quote I called and left a voicemail, I got no response, being a existing customer I couldn't understand why I was being treated so poorly. The next week I sent a email, no response again, another email. Then the response was he would call me and send out the quote. No call, half *** quote with only half the area we discussed. Now I am nervous because its 3 weeks later and I have a party at my house coming up. I call again literally begging to give him my business. Then I get a email saying they can come out. Okay great, so I send a email back saying what are you putting in the discussed areas? They did NOT show up and since then never returned my emails. I have since terminated their service and still never got a response. I have never ever seen any company care less. Oh yeah and now I have to pay to fix the area they ruined. SHAME ON YOU LUCA LANDSCAPING!

Except for not performing work promised on driveway, all work was good quality and recommendable.

It went great! Sometimes small family business can mean small, unprofessional services. Not with Luca. From my initial phone call to the final clean up it was a pleasure working with them. 1- I had an unreasonable window of when I could get the work done and they moved things around to make it happen. 2-The work was outstanding. I had a vision of exactly what I wanted the property to look like and Vince and his associate made it happen. 3- The price was more than fair for the amount of work done vs. the value they provided. Will definitely use again and highly recommend their service.

Vincent came out to my property, and after discussing the project with me, emailed me an estimate that night. The crews showed up on time and were very courteous and professional. The foreman Thomas discussed the particulars of the job and ensured that all the ornamentals were pruned to my satisfaction. I was very happy and pleased with the entire job from start to finish.

SO HAPPY! Luca came out and did the estimate within 2 weeks. AND... HE was here for the install. Great customer service. He also walked around with me at the end of the project to advise me about the pictures and things to do to help me get my water rebate through the State. LOVE the result. HUGE difference! We removed about 1,300 sq. feet of grass, installed artificial turfand a putting green.

We have been with Luca Landscaping a little over a month. We have a normal sized yard, nothing crazy, but we like to keep it looking nice. We also have some hedges and shaped plants that we like to keep trimmed up. The men they have doing the work are very detailed. They show up when they should and our yard looks great. Very happy with them.

They have been servicing my yard for a about 6 months. Better then any company I have had. If you ever have a question, you can call the office and someone always picks up or they call you back immediately. They can always tell you when your next service will be if you call. They recently removed a bunch of dead ficus and installed some new hedges for me. They also trimmed up my trees and palms. I called them up and I had Vincent at my property the same day. He told me it would be 24-48 hours for an estimate and I received one within the hour. This company runs a tight ship in the office and there service is pretty good. I am pretty happy with these guys and I hope it stays like this.

we have been with them for a few months now and are happy with service. We have also needed extra work done and they were quick to get us an estimate and we love the plants they put in.

Great so far. Rain delays happen but I get that and they always get back on track.

They come out and service my house weekly. The crew is respectful and they do a great job. I see the guys spray round up as needed. They rake up leaves and make sure everything is all picked up. I am not a picky person but these guys seem to do better then any other company I have had in the past. They all wear uniforms. The truck that comes is pretty clean and need. Equipment looks like it is taken care of also. I would say from what I have seen, these guys have there stuff together.
