LockTight installed 2 hurricane impact doors in my home. My front door and my side garage door. I love the doors! They are strong and I feel secure. We had an issue with my alarm system. This has now been taken care of to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend the LockTight company. I also used LockTight for my metal roof. I’m receiving nice compliments from my neighbors.

I can accurately evaluate Locktight's work compared to my previous experience. 1. Locktight replaced my roof on time, faster than promised when signing the contract. 2. The work was carried out with the utmost respect for the residents of my house , all the decorations in the house, and the driveway. Everything was carefully covered with protective bags and boards, protecting my home. 3. The work began early in the morning and continued without a break until 6 pm. 4. The work was done perfectly, without flaws. A manager always accompanies me, explains everything in advance and warns me about the work performed or inspections, is always in touch and answers questions within 30 minutes maximum. 5. The guys who sealed the corners with cement are like artists, doing their work professionally and very efficiently. 6. The Three months passed from the signed contract to the completed work. 7. The driveway was thoroughly after . I had a very positive experience and highly recommend Locktight!

For us it has been like having a nightmare, although the installation time is delayed and they warn you from the beginning, in our project it took much longer than expected... at the beginning, we also warned that we would be taking vacations during the summer and that we had about 10 days for the installation, they told us that it would be enough and they would finish on time because they will sent a 6 workers crew and will be finishing in 5 days…..it was not like that, that's where the nightmare began, they sent us a couple of different workers every day who had no idea where they had to continue, or what they had to do, so they never finished on time and we already had vacation plans, so from January when we signed the contract, until last week, our work finished. The material looks good, but the finishes are not quality, they are not professional, they broke tablets but gave us $150 to fix it, but if we change one we would have to change the entire floor, they damaged a screen and they didn't know how to replace it properly, the truth is, if you want a good product, with a mediocre installation, with poor quality and if you want to deal with problems with workers who don't have the material to work and if you don't mind sacrificing quality for price, this is the place, it will be your personal nightmare. The service representative Carlos threw the phone at me when I tried to talk to him and ask for an explanation, it was a disaster, there are installation professionals on the market. Look somewhere else! Save your investment!

We heard about this company from a friend and decided to go to them for an estimate. The guy came out and did his estimate and we agreed to proceed with them. Their pricing was really good when compared to other companies that gave us estimates. They asked about style and offered their expert opinion. They offered financing and got approval in minutes. They went through the process of getting permits from the city and the association. On installation day, they communicated with us by phone and by text. They came on days that worked for us. The men worked quickly and were very clean. I was surprised to come home and didn’t find dust everywhere, like I was expecting. They were nice, worked fast, the project manager came out to inspect and make corrections. They were very knowledgeable and professional throughout the process. We are in our final stages of the city inspection to add the finishing touches. We love our new hurricane impact windows. They look beautiful, keep the house quiet from the outside noise, and help our family feel safe. Lock Tight was an asking company to work with. Thank you so much!
