We called in Late March after having survived this brutal winter and spring Rains. Roland Showed up at our house on time as promised , he was the first guy that actually took the time to climb up on our roof and measure it. We had told him that we also wanted to improve the look of the exterior siding of our home, as the old aluminum siding was really faded and stained, He spent about an hour at our house, showing us Various samples, explaining exactly what the process would be if we were to hire him, and assured us that we would get a great job a great price if we were to hire his company. Within 2 days or so we Recieved an estimate of the job cost, ( we were impressed ) not only with the competative price, but in the level of detail of our job explained in the Proposal. We decided after reviewing the 3 other estimates we had recieved to Hire Roland. They showed up as promised the first week of April, they removed the old roofs and put on our new shingles the same day. I was happy to see that when i came back home from wok, that my entire property was cleaned up and tidy. Roland informed me that the New Siding would start to be installed the next day. They showed up about 8am and started to remove that old aluminum siding, we had some damage to the wood on the wall behind the siding, roland showed it to me and explained that it needed to be fixed before putting on the new siding. They worked for the next 3 days from 8am till 6pm, to finish up the new siding. and i have to say now, that the last few morning before leaving my house for work, i stand out in my front yard and can't believe this is the same house. Roland and his crew exceeded my expectations, not only did they do a beautiful job on my house, but actually took the time to make sure every detail was addressed. We will definatly Recommend them to all our friends and neighbors
