Our home inspection division offers full home inspections for the home buyer, as well as wind mitigations and 4-points for insurance requirements. We use top of the line reporting software and include an array of warranties on every full home inspection at no extra cost. Plus, we have a buy back guarantee, where we will buy the home back from you at the purchase price within 90 days if we missed anything on the full home inspection and you no longer want the home. With our management division, we take all the hassle out of home ownership, handling everything from lawn and pool maintenance, to repairs, and even accounting if desired. This way, you only make one phone call for anything you need done. All this, along with our weekly property visits, puts your mind at ease and allows you to enjoy your home without all the stress that comes with it.

We were shopping for new insurance due to high rates. That’s when we found out about hometown property service and the four-point inspection. I was pressed for time and they sent an inspector named Chris out, he was there the very next day on time and professional. We got a copy of the inspection report into our email within a day was able to present it to our insurance agent and get a substantial discount on our property insurance. I highly recommend this company don’t waste your time shopping around. They know what they’re doing.

We highly recommend HomeTown Property Services. We switched home insurance companies and needed an updated windstorm mitigation and 4-point inspection report for the new insurance company. Chris was professional, easy to deal with and was able to come out the next day after I called to do both inspections.
