This is the first time I hired Palm Construction and certainly not the last one. I went with Palm Construction on my kitchen remodel. Daniel and his team showed up on time. Daniel, project manager was extremely professional, honest and helpful. He gave me some great advices and answered to all my questions. His team was very respectful to me and my home. The project was finished on time, within my budget and final result is excellent. My new kitchen is perfect! Thank you!

Working with the team from beginning to end was always a great experience. The entire team at Florida Palm Construction keeps you well informed throughout each step of the process and provides answers to every questions imaginable. It went great!!! These people are professionals. They know what they are doing and did an excellent job. Brian Fay, the owner and his entire staff were highly attentive, friendly and on time. They left the place clean at all times. Would definitely hire them again for any project. We need to thank all of them especially Kelly for going out of her way and go to the city multiple times to get the permits which believe me, was not an easy task and doing so much more for us...so dedicated! Oscar Escobar treated my whole family like royalty. From the initial phone contact to the time he drove away, he was courteous, efficient, and went above and beyond to make sure the job was performed exactly to my liking. He was professional, personable, meticulous, and thorough. He made sure that there was no detail that escaped him throughout his job and including clean up. We are so grateful that this company obviously cares deeply for their customers' satisfaction. We highly recommend them and especially Oscar Escobar for all your construction needs.

This company not only showed up, but answered calls and texts and were polite. I was informed of every step form planning to completion. The job was done well and everything was cleaned up when done. The fair price was an added bonus. I would definitely use this company again.

The estimator, Kyle was very professional and always kept us up to date on timing of the project. The workers, especially Oscar and Corey, were always on time if not early. Oscar always checked to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. He also explained everything that would be happening that day. The project manager, Roberto, would come by and check that the work was being completed on time. All in all, a very positive experience with Florida Palm Construction.

We looked at a lot of remodeling companies and even then found that many were undependable. Little or nothing arrived on time or was complete when it came to proposals. Some couldn't do the work if we wanted a permit pulled. Others failed to provide promised references. It was a major relief to find Florida Palm Construction who were absolutely spot on in the process before construction. They obtained the necessary permits, started on time and continued without significant interruptions until the project was finished. The quality is good and the price was reasonable for what we were requesting. Their personnel, especially Corey, were professional, helpful, and willing to answer our questions during the construction. I would have to say that this was the most painless construction work we have ever had done in this area.

From the very beginning, the remodel went very smoothly. Brian was very responsive to all the revisions to the proposal I requested. As a result, I got the beautiful bathroom I wanted. As the project began, Robert, the project manager, was on hand to make sure things were moving smoothly. From the demolition to the final inspection, I was impressed with the professionalism, the work ethic, and the attention to detail that all the workmen provided. Each of the workmen, Michael, Oscar and Corey, were personable and explained exactly what was happening. I felt very comfortable that they had the knowledge and skills to complete the remodel to the highest standards. I am extremely pleased with the results.

Florida Palm Construction just finished a large project at my house. I replaced all the floors throughout with wood look tile and completely gutted a bathroom. From start to finish, FPC did such an excellent job. The time frame they quoted me was 2 months and they finished 2 weeks early. Corey showed up at my house either early or on time every single day. They cleaned up at the end of each day as best they could. Helped me moved heavy furniture around so that they project could get started. Corey's attention to detail was incredible. The finished product looks amazing. Brian is so friendly, honest, and easy to work with. I would recommend this company without any reservation.

I recently purchased a home in SoFl and while it was already a great home, it suffered years of neglect and abuse after an extremely substandard remodel in 2012. While I am able to tackle a lot of tasks, I lack the expertise and manpower to do it all myself, so I set out in search of a qualified contractor to help turn this property around. Being new to the area, I had no exposure or knowledge of where to turn, so Angie's List reviews played a big part. Once you begin looking, you're quick to see that you have hundreds of options for people claiming to be able to do the work, but the horror stories associated with some of them mount even quicker. It seems that quality and professionalism are rather difficult to come by in this area. I landed on the reviews for Florida Palm and it was a completely different tone. Everyone that took the time to review had nothing but praise for Brian's crew. I read further. "Hmmm. They seem like a viable option. Let's see how this goes." I called Brian, he came out within 24 hours and was eager to help me complete the projects we discussed. While his already growing schedule didn't allow for work to be started for a few weeks, it actually worked well with the timeline of other subs already scheduled. He quickly followed up with a fair proposal and a timeline for work to be performed and approximate completion date. Now for my turn to add to the praise. They arrived on time the first day and every day. Their cleanliness, care and attention to detail is outstanding. Not only did they do the projects well, they kept me informed about progress as the days went by. They really make sure that you're aware and comfortable of what is happening. Once the projects are done, there is follow-up by Brian himself to make sure you are 100% satisfied. Brian is top-notch and has a **** of a crew backing him up. Robert (project manager) is so enthusiastic about what he does and it shows. He knows his stuff and will not permit something to be done that isn't right. Robert will call you and he will stop by - a lot. He does this to make sure things are not only going the way he wants, but to make sure they're going the way YOU want. Then there's Julio. While there were a few other guys that assisted along the way, Julio was the main guy and just does things right - no other way to say it. Lastly, the support in the office leaves no guesswork. The scheduling is great, the billing is straightforward and if there is ever a question, it's responded to with promptness and professionalism. Brian certainly has assembled a good crew and regardless of the location or the industry, that's 90% of the puzzle to figure out. When picking a contractor in SoFl, you have countless options - each making their own claims. I'm just glad that I chose the right one.

Florida Palm Construction went above and beyond any construction crew I have ever had working in my home. I never once had the feeling that they were cutting corners. I never once worried that they were not delivering the highest quality of workmanship possible. They were responsive to my concerns and truthfully aimed for my complete satisfaction. It felt really great to trust everyone on the team, from the project manager, Robert, to the daily working crew, mainly Corey. Iliana and Brian were also very accessible and communicative. We are very happy with our new kitchen. :)

I was thrilled to work with Florida Palm Construction. I had hired a contractor to do work in master bathroom on my condo. One the 2nd day he was working in my unit, he caused it to be flooded. He finished with his work in the bathroom which was of the poorest quality. At any rate, Florida Palm Construction was recommended to me by a friend. I interviewed 5 firms and settled on FPC. I was thrilled with their help and professionalism. Brian, the owner was very helpful as was Iliana in the office. Robert, my project manager was amazing as he kept me informed of progress on the project, helped with finer details I had not considered and when above and beyond to find solutions to problems saving me money. I do not live in the area and felt comfortable working with this team. They worked their schedule around some setbacks I encountered getting materials. Cory and the rest of the team were great to work with. I would use this company again and highly recommend them to anyone needing quality construction work on their home or business.

Florida Palm Construction went above and beyond my expectations. They worked dilligently to satisfy a very stringent inspection team to meet Pompano Beach building permit codes and standard practices. They worked very well to overcome many unforeseen complications with my older home.

Prior to accepting the job, Brian Fay took the time to gain a full understanding of the work I needed to have done, and clearly communicated how his team could accomplish my goals for the property. The quality of all work was top notch and performed within a reasonable time frame. I am highly impressed by the craftmanship, attention to detail, and the quality of materials that were used. There are not enough words to describe our interaction with this company’s administration and employees, the biggest one is phenomenal. The staff in the office are outstanding and their employees are hardworking, professional, personable, trustworthy, and respectful of your home and property and safety conscious to boot. Florida Palm’s workers always cleaned up behind themselves so we didn’t feel like we were living in a construction zone. The company’s project managers always kept us in the loop regarding permits, snags or issues that would pop up during any construction/renovation as well as progress reports. The Project Manager was always on the job site prior to workers arriving and would introduce them to us. Our construction/project crew from demolition, building, painting, and marble work consisted of Juan, Alfredo, Julio, Junior, Mitch, Eppie and Robert our lovely Project Manager. Robert made sure we always knew who was on our property and what their job function was. In this day and age trustworthy companies are few and far between and really hard to find. We are so fortunate to have found Florida Palm Construction Inc. I would recommend this family friendly company to anyone and in fact already have. Once plans were submitted to the city and approved, work began on the new footer and floor. Framing, windows, insulation, drywall, electrical and replacing the ac fell into place. Our only holdups were with the city and inspections and the weather and constant rain. The work that Florida Palm did was as promised and more! Many thanks to the site supervisor Robert who kept all the workers on task.

It went very well. I had peeling paint on a metal garage door and peeling paint on the ceiling beams inside the garage. The workers were tireless during the preparation before painting and the result was a beautiful job.

Very competent and efficient work. They cleaned up after and did the work quickly and satisfactory. I highly recommend them. Brian is a professional and caring individual.
