Expert Lawn Maintenance and Landscaping is the perfect name for this company as they really are experts. Forrest and his two guys did the most amazing job trimming the trees and installing the new sod and landscaping at our house. They showed up exactly when promised and finished the end of the second day exactly when they said they would. They worked very late the first day to be sure that all the sod was installed so that it would stay healthiest and not stay on the pallet overnight. They did a very thorough and neat job on everything down to the very last detail. They cleared the old grass and weeds, laid insecticide, weed treatment, and fertilizer before laying the new sod. They even did an extra area of the yard not in the original contract since they had extra sod. The trees they trimmed have never looked so nice. They did it all by hand very methodically and carefully for the best look and health of the trees. They treated the entire yard for bugs and weeds and agreed to come back two more times the next few months to provide two more fertilizer treatments. Forrest took time to explain to us how to properly treat the lawn in the future for the healthiest and fullest lawn. To top it all off, Forrest and his guys were the nicest people I've met in the lawn care and landscaping business. He apologized for going slow and being a perfectionist, but isn't that every homeowner's dream to have a lawn care specialist really take the time and expertise to do it right?
