Joe the owner was very polite when I called on a Saturday, He stated he would get in touch with someone and call me back #the eta. Plumber came stated the part that it needed and he did not have one was told he would be back on Monday. well it was my fault also, I agreed to pay #300.00 up front for the service man to come and evaluate the problem and if he did the work the money would be deducted from the total amount due for the service. Was not happy to be without water for another 2 days but had no other choice since I paid so much for service call. Service man came back on Monday installed part on the well...came in the house stated good news well in fixed and it was clogged which he cleaned out, but we still have no water because the relay pump is bad and we need an electrician to install it. Well to get to the point we got a number of a plumber from True Value store he came ASAP when he heard we did not have any water, was hear for a total of 2 hours, he tightened the new part by the well that the Bella Rossa installed, he said our relay was good, changed some pipes. Problem was fixed we had water again after 4 dyas. Not happy at all with the service I received from Bella Rossa and the cost and leaving us with no water.

Not good. I read the charge was $85 an hr...mot bad..when i got the bill it was $127.50 for the 1st hour then 85 per hr. Surprise! Did not fix the faucet, and i was charged $57 for the toilet guts ($10.50 @ home depot). Total $270.

Avoid them. Had a leak so I had the city turn off my water. Called Della Rosa to come on Friday. I took off work early and they came late. Johnny explained that the leak detection would cost $225 but that could go toward the repair cost. I said ok thinking that they would use equipment and that was the cost of doing business. He spent some time walking around with me as we repeated all the steps that already led me to the obvious conclusion that I had a leak. He agreed and pointed out another valve that I had not noticed. Great! But he could do nothing because it was getting close to 5. His price for the repair kept changing without explanation. I was getting uncomfortable with his explanations as he seemed to pad the job. Couldn't work until Monday so needing water, I called another plumber on Sat who came to visit free of charge, spent a longer time there and eliminated the possibility that Johnny identified. New plumber suggested, since it was Saturday, that I dig the main line to find the leak and showed me how to turn the water on and off so I could have water as needed. Found the leak right where I suspected and pointed out to Johnny (brand new grounding rod hit the water line). I objected to Joe, the owner of Della Rosa, that I had been charged too much for nothing. He asked me to call him. I called and he put me on speaker phone with Johnny who proceeded to *attempt* verbal acrobatics to explain how the $225 charge was justified. At one point he told me that he had our conversation on collar cam and that my husband must have been the plumber who visited for free. This was SO insulting—as if no plumber would be that fair or that I had said something incriminating. Neither was the case. I finally hung up because it was clear that this guy was just speaking over me and trying bully me into submission. I respect their time and would have been happy to pay them something proportionate to what they did (or rather did not do). Would never trust them again. You shouldn't either. I found them on Angie's List (whom he proceeded to badmouth and tell me that all those good reviews are bought.) Did see that they have more than normal complaints on Better Business Bureau.

Excellent work and professional workers. Our home is 3 years old. Standard Pacific took a few shortcuts and crimped a water line to our dishwasher instead of installing a nut connector. Home Depot would not replace it when they came out to install a dishwasher. We fired Home Depot and searched twice for plumbers. Most never called back and the one who scheduled an appointment via Home Advisor, failed to show and was too lazy to follow up. We fired those idiots. Nice to know Della Rossa Plumbing exists. What a concept - they show up on time, perform the work promised, and were courteous. This business will be around for a long time.

The plumber from Della Rossa caused our hot water heater to blew an element when he turned off the power to test a hunch of his. We weren't planning on replacing that yet. We were more worried about the leak under the house which in the beginning, the plumber said that there's no leak. It took him coming out 3x to determine that we had a slab leak. We got estimates for a recipe & we're ready to use their business until I made an error on my account. The hot water heater was installed on saturday, the plumber called on monday & said the check I wrote bounced much to my surprise. Called the bank to find out what happened & realized that there was some thing that went through that I totally forgot, a mistake on my part, which I fixed. Before I had a chance to call them, the plumber comes to my home to get cash from us & I wasnt able to get to the bank that day & I would be there the next day to give them the cash. Before the plumber leaves he tells me that they needed the money the next day or else they would be filing charges against me. I was shocked. It was an honest mistake that I was going to rectify. I called my bank to find out that they didn't even deposit the check. The check would have gone through because I have overdraft protection but they just went up to a teller to see if there were funds in there. To me, this is very unprofessional. It makes me think that theyre doing business under the table. Why wouldn't they just deposit the check? Why demand cash? And why threaten me with criminal charges when you didn't even give the check a chance to go through? I would never use them again & they just lost a $7000 job for the repiping of the house. We used someone else.

Fantastic - I purchased a coupon to replace an outdoor faucet around 11 am and put in available dates for the following week but noted I was flexible on availability. I received a call from Michael at 1 pm that they could be in my area in an hour and a half. I was delighted that they could come so quickly. Michael and another gentleman arrived soon after. Both were friendly, professional, and considerate of tracking any dirt into the house to get to the outdoor patio. They finished the job quickly and the faucet works great - no more spraying or leaking all over the patio furniture or floor. I highly recommend this company for any work you may need.

After calling several other plumbers at the top of the list for a clogged toilet, I called Joe at Della Ross's who promptly sent Mike. He was professional, quick, and friendly. I found my new plumber. Thank you Della Rossa!

Good came out on weekend

Jhonnie came to my place the day after I called, as we agreed. He seems like a nice and professional guy, who wanted to help me. He was pretty quick in the diagnosis of the problem and solution: we needed a change of the main line. This whole conversation took him like 30 minutes of his time. After that, he gave me a first estimation for the job of $3,000 ($500 for the permits and $2,5k for the job, including materials). I don't know much about plumbing, but I thought it was expensive. So he argued that my water bill could come in $900 a month if I didn't take care of this issue. Then, he gave a second estimation for the job of $2.5k for everything. Then, he said he will call the co-owner to see if we get a better price. So he came up with $2k for the whole thing. I checked prices in angies' list website and the estimation was about $500 - $1.2k for a job of this kind. Then he said it was $200 for this check-up and he said I should write a check under his personal name. I called another company, the guy came to my place, we discussed the whole matter, he explained everything in detail and came up with just one estimation of $1.2k. And $100 fee for his time (an hour or so). Please draw your own conclusions.

Joe arrived right on time, knew exactly what was needed and installed the grab bars perfectly. Not all plumbers handle this specialty work, so it was important to find the right company. We did.

They came in and installed a gas tank in my home he was in time and really professional. Joe ( the owner of the company ) installed it rally fast and thought me how to use my gas stove. Called Della Rossa out to change my water heater and did an outstanding job, gave a price before the work. Also had my kitchen sink snaked and the plumber recommended to jet the pipe through the roof to clear the grease and gave me a good deal to jet all my pipes in my house. Never had a problem with my sewer and don't think I will have a problem for a long time. I will recommend Della Rossa Plumbing to everyone.

I referred Joe Dellarossa to a job at the my mothers house when they had a issue with a plumbing leak. Joe arrived in nice work van and professional uniform with in the hour of us calling him. Joe and his technician used leak detection equipment to determine the exact location of the leak. The leak was under the tile and cement foundation. The technician broke open the floor and made the repair to the copper line. Joe explained that due to the location we had not other option but to break the floor. Joe stated that most times it is possible to reroute the line with minimal damage. Due to the vaulted ceilings this was not possible. The price for his time and labor was fair and I have referred him to other friend since then. All have been happy with his services.
