They were well overpriced than everyone else, they wanted to gouge me. The estimate didn't meet my needs.

I couldn't be happier. It is gorgeous and the install was impeccable. Every one of Daniel's crew, from the demo team, to tile installer, to the carpenter to the very thorough final cleanup lady, were all professional and amazing.

Very expensive when compared with other prices.

The tile guy was excellent. He. NFL his helper were on time, professional, clean, and did a wonderful job. The hardwood installers were knowledgeable and in tune but... one of three was professional, tidy and listened to me when I had a question. The lead guy was abrupt in several occasions to the point the first guy told him to calm down. The assistant guy was this side of useless and threw trash on the floor instead of putting it in trash bucket! Yuck. My home is not a construction site! He's not someone I'd want back. All in all a good solid job. I remain happy with the overall job but if I were to do it again, I'd go with the thicker wood. The planks we bought look great and are hard wood, but we would have been happier with a bit more cost for the slightly thicker planks.

I was extremely happy with the service provided by Daniel. I had been struggling to find the right tile and installer, and was fortunate to finally come across Daniel via an Angie's List search. He was a one-stop shop offering both a wide selection of wood like tile choices along with installation services. He quickly coordinated an estimate and made arrangements for the installation within a week of the estimate. From demolition/removal of old tile to installation of new tile to final touches, the process was seamless. The installers were professional, fast, friendly and VERY attentive to detail. The finished product looks beautiful and exceeded my expectations. And as promised by Daniel, they left my house in spotless shape. No dust anywhere! They were extremely helpful. They told me, on the basis of a picture that I sent them, what I needed. Then they came and gave me an estimate. Then the man came to actually install and replace the boards. I would recommend them because they were extremely helpful and reliable.

The installers showed up on time and worked throughout to get the job done in one day. The installation was professional and timely. They cleaned up afterwards. I was very happy with the outcome and would recommend them highly to anyone who needs carpet installation. I chose high quality carpeting and did get some other estimates and thought the price quoted was fair.

Extremely happy with the finished work. His crew was professional and completed on time. Daniel Florring provided a finished product as agreed. I was concerned about having to paint the molding, but was pleasently surprised when I saw the finished woodwork. Everything was great, from appointment to estimate, to a finished floor.

A visit to the Daniel Flooring showroom offered a dizzying selection of literally hundreds of choices for flooring materials. In consultation with Daniel, my wife and I selected a product that would suit or needs, arranged an installation date, signed a contract, and paid our deposit. The Daniel Flooring two-man crew arrived precisely on time. The crew chief made a review of the rooms to be worked on while his companion began to unload the new flooring tiles. The pair worked quickly and efficiently as they removed the old carpet, scraped the concrete floor, and prepared the surfaces for the new tiles. The installation continued apace and within a span of less than two days the new tiles were installed seamlessly, the moldings and millwork were replaced, waste materials were removed, and the new floors were left immaculate. Both members of the crew were consistently cheerful, enthusiastic, courteous, and professional. We are in all ways satisfied with the goods and services provided.

Very well. Very professional and competent. This was not an easy job but they did great work. I am very satisfied with using them. Their prices are on the higher side, but it is completely worth it since they are thorough and make sure you are satisfied before completing the job. Would highly recommend them.

Angie's members beware of Daniel Flooring when negotiating on final price and added add on's when the job is done. First, I went to his shop and we agreed on a price. I mentioned the Angie's list coupon for the additional 10% off for members. Daniel indicated the discount was for materials only. At the time I did not have the coupon with me and took his word for it. Later that day I wrote him an email for clarification of the coupon. It states "10% off all flooring sales/installation/repair purchase". Again he said "The Angies list discount is on material only". The discount come out to roughly to 5%. Second, Daniel tried to collect the remaining balance when the job was not completed and was thinking of adding more money when they had to go back to complete the job. Even though Daniel assured me several times, that he's been in the business for many years and my install was straight forward. After it was done, he sent an email stating "Also I did not charge you for the 3 wood transition strips, You got a great deal on that". Watch for add on's when the job is complete. After paying the full amount, I confronted Daniel a copy of the Angie's list 10% coupon. He immediately pulled out the check book and offered to apply the full 10% discount on the total price for not having a negative review on Angie's list. I declined, I thought it was better to inform the members of my experience dealing with Daniels flooring. It cost me about $160, but it might save some you thousands of dollars.

Daniel and his team are professional, on time, courteous and willing to go the extra step to ensure you are happy with the work. The tile removers worked non stop and removed all the debris. They removed the tile without damaging any walls or doors. The tile installer Adrian and Alec were incredible. . My floors look perfectly laid and my kitchen cabinet installer mentioned how easy it was to align the base cabinets due to the perfectly installed floor.

The workers did an excellent job with installation. Left the place a bit messy but the provider agreed to send someone to clean. Make sure you verify the workers bring the correct materials before starting installation as I was told it is not their responsibility to verify the materials are correct.

Everything went well. The installers were very nice and professional. Daniel and his team is a rare find, especially in Miami, very quick and responsive. I already hired them again for another project, highly recommended!

It was fabulous. I did some comparisons and the other companies charge you by the square foot to take away your old carpet and padding. With Daniel, everything was included, they have a large selection, and they did the whole house in 2 days. They're great!

Dan and his team did  all the floors and stairs in my whole house a few months ago. I needed some  little repairs on the floors and some stair area fixed recently.  All i had to do is call him, he calls me right back, Sends help as soon as he can. I have nothing but great things to say about Dan and his crew,THEY ARE ALL GREAT.

I had discussions with 4 highly rated Angie’s List Flooring companies. Quotes were requested from 3 of them. Daniel and one other provided quotes, and the 3rd gave a verbal estimate, but never responded back with an official written quote. Daniel was selected for the following reasons: lowest price, best value, most thorough and most professional.

We walked into the showroom at Daniel Flooring without making an appointment. It was a little difficult to locate, but well worth it. I recommend making an appointment as Daniel takes care of all of the customers personally. He is very laid back and not pushy at all, particularly if you know what you are looking for as we did. When we returned the next month to confirm the work, we wanted to make sure that what we initially chose was exactly what we wanted. He took the time to look at the sample we had chosen, showed us a few alternatives, and discussed each product with us in detail.

Daniel gave a detailed, professional written estimate including the itemized price for:  1) demolition, (with disposal included) and preparation of the slab, 2) the needed quantity of our chosen laminate, underlayment/soundproofing, 3) baseboard and trim, and 4) Installation. The total cost came in at $14,350.00, which was significantly lower than other estimates. Included in the quoted price was the moving of all furniture and full preparation of our home for demolition. Once we informed Daniel that we were choosing him for the job, he sent someone out to measure to assure that the estimate of the area I had provided was accurate.

The first day, Justin showed up right on time in the morning. He assured me that completion of the job to my satisfaction was entirely up to him. He dropped off some materials, and the demolition crew, Chris and Joe, showed up promptly thereafter. My wife and I left our cars outside the garage and all of the furniture was moved there. We have a few heavy items, and all was moved without complaint. All rooms were sealed off, the kitchen cabinets were covered with visqueen, air vents sealed, and windows opened. Chris and Joe tore up all the tile, packed it in bags, and took it away. At the end of each day, they left my home clean and neat. The dust was minimized because it was very damp underneath.  This process took 2 days. When complete, all of the protective coverings were removed.

 On the third day, Justin showed up to install the flooring. Although it was raining, he worked through it by putting the saws and other power equipment under our front porch overhang. He was very meticulous and finished the entire open area except the bedrooms, stopping only for a quick lunch break each day. This was done in 3 days. He and Chris worked through the next day, although it was a Saturday, to move the furniture back inside so he could start on the bedrooms. This was appreciated because it was one less day that our home would be in disarray. On Monday he finished up, with 2 additional helpers to complete the floors and install the remaining baseboards. At completion, all of the baseboards were touched up as needed and all of the furniture moved back into place.

As an added value, a young woman named Carrie was sent out to clean the entire house from top to bottom to remove any dust and construction debris. She also cleaned every square inch of the new flooring before leaving, so we could see that there were no problems or scratches.

 Before undertaking the process of having our floors replaced, numerous friends who had done so referred to the process as a “nightmare”. While we found it to be an unavoidable inconvenience, it could not possibly have been less so. Daniel was pleasant to work with and we found Justin, Chris and all of the installers extremely trustworthy to the point where my wife and I just stayed out of the way with our pets in the bedroom and let them go about their business each day. Anyone considering new flooring of any type should see Daniel first. His way of doing business is absolutely first class. If you seek quotes from other vendors, you will recognize the difference immediately.

Had an 11:00 appointment, at 11:45 called to inquire, was asked for address, put on hold and heard them calling someone, came back on line and said it was in their box for tomorrow was that ok.  I said on and they hung up.  I'm in the service industry and would never treat a potential client in this manner, word of mouth is everything!  A simple sorry for the confusion or a call to advise were running late would have sufficed.
